“We love Little Rey!! We worked with Baleigh from LR when planning our Rehearsal Dinner for our wedding weekend, and we had such a great experience!! Their team was very easy to communicate with, and they offer a third party delivery service so we were able to have our food delivered/set up at our venue stress free! Our rehearsal dinner was at a local brewery, so their delicious tacos were perfect fit for the event. We had SO many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was-- the food was very fresh and tasty and such a beautiful display! We would highly recommend and are so thankful for their help in making our event so special!“

“One of my favorite spots to eat for years! The food is delicious, the drinks are fantastic (the pomegranate margarita is a personal fave) and the staff is always super pleasant. The restaurant itself is unmatched in its awesome style/decor.Vegetarian options: The Flor de Jamaica (Hibiscus flower) tacos are absolutely phenomenal, a must try!“

“It may not be fancy, but it's consistent, reliable, and delicious! I've been to Taqueria Del Sol many many times, but realized I hadn't reviewed. Popped in the other night for a quick bite and we barely sat down before the cheese dip showed up followed less than 3 bites later by the tacos. The Sloppy Jose is one of my faves, but really I haven't had a taco there that I didn't like. Chips are nice and crispy and keep for a day or so if you bring extra home. Plenty of parking and a decent-sized patio.“

“Visited around 8pm on a Wednesday. Service was quick and the staff were kind and had helpful recommendations. The food was great, try out the burrito bowl and beef barbacoa burrito and blackberry fresca. The only issue was the rice was a little undercooked but it wasn’t a huge dealbreaker. Will definitely return, probably earlier in the day when the food is fresher.“

“Through no fault of their own, this place got flooded with 50+ extra guests and they held it in stride. There were hiccups that were to be expected with that kind of unexpected business, but the food and the service were solid throughout. If you're just a party of 2-8 or even more , I highly recommend. Get the salmon tacos. Or anything on the menu. Great service, great food, great place. Buckhead is flooded with people and food, but this place is really cool. You wouldn't expect a really good Mexican chill spot in the mix of all this "upscale food" but you're definitely getting "upscale food" at a reasonable price point at this place.“

“Calaveritas never disappoints!! Everything I’ve ever tried from them has been amazing. This time we got the carne asada tacos, quesadillas and chips & queso. Everything was delicious. It was the first time I’d tried the queso and it was so good. Also their new spot is so cute and their staff is always so friendly and helpful.“

“The chef prepares fine cuisine inspired by traditional dishes of his native Oaxaca. Our appetizer course wad the grilled octopus, lightly charred with a delicious glaze, a ceviche at its peak of marination. I had mole for my main course. Exquisite medley of flovors: piquant, smokey, tangy. The deserts were also very good. Don't miss the cocktails!“

“I've been going to Gezzos for 15 or more years. Gezzos Cantina is a similar experience to their original stores but elevated. The food is incredible plus they have amazing cocktails and very good ice cream. The chefs at Gezzos Cantina are very creative with their dishes and everything I've gotten was delicious. Prices on both the food and cocktails are a bargain considering the quality. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is wide and level with parking, very easy entry.“

“Alma Cocina was absolutely amazing. I went yesterday for the first time for a friend and we were impressed with everything. It was Cinco De Mayo, so I'm not sure if specials will continue past what we had yesterday but we were floored by the entire place. Our waitress was amazing from start to finish and recommended the barbacoa quesadilla and the shrimp tacos. Their drinks are great quality and well-balanced! We also had the Pineapple Xpress shots and they were to die for! I have never had a shot that I thoroughly enjoyed. We had another round because we loved them so much! Alma Cocina is definitely the place to be!“

“Poco Loco unquestionably holds the title of the best breakfast burrito spot in Atlanta for me, and at the heart of this culinary haven is the visionary, Chef Nick Melvin. My first encounter with Chef Nick was a serendipitous one, while I was working at The Farmhouse at Serenbe, and this meeting forever transformed my perspective on dining. Poco Loco's breakfast burritos are nothing short of legendary. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, a testament to Chef Nick's culinary artistry. His ability to elevate the humble breakfast burrito into a gourmet masterpiece is truly unparalleled. It's evident that he approaches each creation with the same passion and precision that I witnessed during my time at Serenbe. During my tenure, I had the privilege of observing Chef Nick's love for food up close. His dedication to sourcing the freshest, locally grown ingredients and his unwavering commitment to sustainability left an indelible mark on me. It was there that I first saw him as a culinary artist, a maestro who could turn the simplest ingredients into symphonies of taste. Chef Melvin's profound respect for food and its potential to bring joy to people's lives forever changed my outlook on dining. His emphasis on the importance of savoring each bite, appreciating the journey of flavors, and supporting local producers reshaped how I approached food. It's this very philosophy that he brings to Poco Loco, where every breakfast burrito is a celebration of culinary creativity and a testament to his enduring passion. Chef Nick continues to be a source of inspiration, proving that dining is not merely sustenance, but an art form that has the power to elevate our lives and nourish our souls.“

“I live next to this restaurant and I saw when it first opened. I always bypassed it bc I never grasped its concept. Recently I saw they sold margaritas and that got me in the door!I received great customer service from the door. There’s an option to use a kiosk but they are friendly enough to ring you. Whether you dine in or take out, they walk the food to you. Staff literally wait and service you from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. In the evenings they dim the lights and put out mini table lamps and the atmosphere is so calming and welcoming. The food is great although they are known for the sesame fries, I’m not a fan. I love the tacos and bowls, Asian ribeye me any day and top it off with the cucumber lemonade. Yes, cucumber I thought it was weird, tried it and loved it.All I recommend a visit, it’s worth trying!“

“If you haven't been to Westside Paper then you're missing out! I'm so happy this is right in my backyard! I stopped by on a Friday evening to grab a bite to eat. Mexican food is my go to so I was excited to try this restaurant. I was helped right away and ordered 2 chicken tacos with guacamole. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was everything I didn't know I needed. I ordered my tacos on flour tortillas. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. All 3 salsas were yummy and paired perfectly as toppings for my tacos. The guacamole was well seasoned also! I will definitely be back!“

“Barrio ATL is an entire VIBEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I ended up here on a Thursday. I was in the Cascade area and in the mood for tacos. After a search on Yelp Barrio ATL popped up and was where we headed for the night. As a heads up, Barrio ATL sits in the corner of the strip plaza. As such, the parking can be a bit tight so be sure to choose a space accordingly. Upon walking in, the ambiance puts you in the mindset of a trendy hookah lounge. Wall seating, chairs, and tables are to the left, and a VIP area style is to the right. The DJ is directly to the left of the VIP area and the bar area is to the left of the DJ. The building is medium-sized and build rectangular so there is ample length as compared to the width. There was no one at the Hostess booth when I walked in, however, the young lady got up from one of the tables in the back, greeted me, and quickly took us to our table. Once seated, the waitress assigned to our table came over and was super nice and welcoming. She introduced herself as Shay and went over the specials for the night. As the ambiance is more than just a casual bar, Shay’s service was superior. Her personality shined and she enhanced the overall experience of the night. Thank you, Shay! Based on the specials for the night I decided to go with the 3 Chicken Birriia Tacos for $9 (this was a great deal as they are usually $20) and a side of fries. As they didn’t have Sweet Tea on the menu I ordered a bottle of water. Shout out to Barrio ATL for serving Fiji. Ha. Babeeeeeeeeee… Here me when I tell you… I don’t know what kind of potatoes these fries were made with but they were the BOMBBBBBBBB. They were thick, perfectly fried, golden to perfection, and well seasoned. For the record, I would go back for the fries alone. LoL! The birria tacos were good as well. As this was my first time having them I don’t have anything to compare them to, however, I enjoyed the experience. The crunchiness of the taco shell with the well-seasoned chicken. The birria consomé was well seasoned and definitely enhanced the flavor of the taco, as such, for my first birria experience I enjoyed it. Furthermore, if the chicken was this good, I can’t wait to try the beef. Overall Barrio ATL is def one to add to the checklist when you are looking for a vibe. The DJ was on point, the ambiance was hittin like it needed to be, and the overall flow of the environment was ideal for a kick it/unwind/grab a drink type of vibe.“

“My husband and I started with the chili lime sweet corn ( perfect flavor , creamy , hint of lime , then we tried the sweet potato bravos which was light fluffy and perfectly sweetened and not too sweet. Then came those RED CHICKEN TACOS !!!!! Undeniably the best .For our mains , my husband ordered the agave lime ribs( good , however the glaze was a little too much for my appetite that night ( I wanted more chicken tacos !! lol). I had the adobo smoked citrus chicken and it was absolutely amazing .The overall experience was A1 . We have added this to our top 3 rotation as we want to try everything on the menu. Shot out to our waitress KAT , very knowledgeable and friendly . She explained every detail of the menu ( we knew then this was gonna be fantastic)Ps. The atmosphere and decor was too cute , my husband loves the Bird Cage movie ,however I haven't seen it yet ?“

“This was my 2nd visit to this location, and it was the best! This time, I kelp it simple and elected to go with the chicken cuban sandwich and churros with the chocolate sauce! To my surprise, the sandwich came with black beans and rice, chips and salsa!OMG, the black beans and rice were the bomb and season to perfection! The chips were cold but I put them in my toaster overnight and they heated up nicely! The salsa was full of flavors despite being a bit on the waterly side! Now, the sandwich itself was a masterpiece when it came to taste! Just like the black beans and rice it was the bomb and paired very well with the extra pickles that I requested! Now the churros for me were a bit on the hard side and the chocolate sauce tasted more like chocolate pudding instead of a sauce!I had enough food to get me through three servings!I can see myself going back and trying another sandwich with the black beans and rice! For me, the key is keeping it simple!#lafondalatina“

“Table service and authentic cuisine in the mall.I came earlier, for lunch. The waitress was friendly and prompt. There are a few tables across the hall.I came here to try the sopes. They were tasty with a handmade crust. I also had a few tacos which were equally authentic and savory.Well, it's Plaza Fiesta, so it's basic but nice to have a place to sit and be served. If you're in the mall, it's a solid choice.“
