“This place is amazing! When I first looked at the menu, I was a little concerned, because there didn't seem to be a whole lot that was geared towards my tastes. My wife had really been wanting to try it, so I figured I'd give it a shot, mostly because the drinks looked really good! Anyway, I was kind of challenged to eat outside my comfort zone. We started with the Mackerel Dip, which was delicious! I had the Reef Burger. It was one of the best things I'd ever put in my mouth! The melding of the flavors was out of this world! Here's the good part, though... my wife ordered the last thing on the menu that I would have considered, the eggplant dish. When she offered me a taste of her entrée, I figured, why not. OMG! What a nice surprise. It was so good! I didn't realize eggplant could taste that good. I liked it so much, I can't wait to go back and order that specific dish for myself. Finally, the drinks were awesome, just as expected!“

“What an incredible restaurant. I was lucky enough to attend a small event dinner and it was amazing. Melissa was our host and she did an awesome job taking care of us. The sommelier picked the wine and they were perfectly paired with our courses. I had the quail and loved it but others had the beef and said it was equally delicious. Amazing whiskey and bourbon list as well as wine. Can’t recommend enough.“

“Celebrated my birthday here and it was nothing short of amazing! Bacchanalia offers a four course meal with your choice for each. I had the Crab fritter, Halibut, Brillat-Savarin cheese, and the Satsuma cake for dessert. We also ordered Kumamoto oysters from Washington that were incredible. The chef sends thoughtful little gifts throughout the meal too! The wine sommelier recommend a beautiful Bordeaux to pair with everything with. Overall an incredibly beautiful restaurant, food, and service. I can’t wait to go back and experience their evolving menu.“

“Went here on a Friday evening for dinner, arrived a bit after our reservation time but they were really accommodating. They have two dining rooms and we were in the back one with the bar. Ambiance was great (playlist had exclusively bangers) and the windows being open means we could appreciate the weather Drink menu was extensive and very good. Food was excellent. We started with the lamb skewers and then got the duck risotto and ramp pappardelle. Both were excellent. Overall a great experience totally worth the Michelin guide recommendation“

“Just wanted to give a quick review of the staff we worked with and for our event at City Winery on Sunday May 19th. Rhiannon, was very efficient and effective in her communication for our event. Royce & Tenae did a great job at ensuring that our vision came together as close to actual as possible. Jason & Todd were also a pleasure to work with on the production/stage/sound & lighting side as well.A great core team can accomplish anything and I've seen firsthand what this team is capable of doing.“

“Great service from the bar staff Hostess was not a plus for the establishment. Had no idea there was a lantern parade happening that night. We get there.... No table service unless you reserved ahead, but since there was nothing on the website saying reservations required, we just made plans to meet friends on our way to a music venue on the West end. It wouldn't have been a problem if the hostess had not been so rude. It would have been so easy for her to say, special event tonight, sorry, you can sit at the bar or order takeout and enjoy one of the first come first serve tables. That wasn't what happened... Even after I said this is our first time, I didn't know, what other options are there around here as we look at all the empty tables waiting for people to arrive. And even then, you can't see the parade from in the restaurant, the deck looks at the parking lot, and it is still daylight for another 2 hours.... Everything else was great as we squeezed in at the bar, and food was really good. Bar staff was wonderful. Parking was a mess, probably because of the parade. Found parking away in the neighborhood instead a mile away with a shuttle and no sidewalk because of the fence added around the paid parking lot for valet taking up the regular lot.“

“So glad we took a local bartenders advice on this spot. Some of the best food we’ve had in a while and honestly some of the absolutely best service I’ve seen in a long time. Our server Morgan was extremely helpful and really took the time to explain everything about the restaurant and brew pub to us since we had never been before. The attention to detail and guest interaction was top notch. A big thank you to the team at Wrecking Bar!“

“My husband and I had reservations on Saturday at Dirty Rascal. Upon arrival, we were able to be seated right away. We originally wanted to be seated outside, but couldn't do to a buyout. So we were seated in the booth area inside. Once seated, it took awhile to be greeted by our server; however, I don't fault her because they seemed understaffed. She arrived and asked to take our appetizer order. We put in an order for the crispy St. Louis ravioli. We wanted to put in a drink order as well, but we weren't asked at the time. Our ravioli came out and it was hot and crispy. We thoroughly enjoyed this dish. Still waiting to place our drink orders, we decided the next time our server came, we needed to order everything at once. She eventually came back and we ordered an old fashioned, margarita italiano, the lobster spaghetti (only served on Friday-Saturday), and the scallop & lemon risotto. It didn't take long for our drinks to come out and they were pretty good. Shortly thereafter, our food came out. Thankfully, it was hot, as I read other reviews of food being served cold. So I happy about that. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience and we hope the service will be better to up those stars to a 5. Looking forward to dining again in the future.“
