“So I've been going to this Popeyes since I moved to Atlanta in 2016, and it is by far my favorite Popeyes! The food is ALWAYS fresh and on Point!!! My last visit was on Sept. 09. 2023 around 8 pm, I had been craving the New Sweet N' Spicy wings and let me tell you babbbbyyyy these wings are EVERYTHING!!! If you have not tried them what the hell are you waiting for, go get 'em' before they are gone! However back to my said visit, my mom and I hopped in the truck with the baby to go grab my wings and once we got there there was quite a wait because they were preparing fresh chicken. We ended up waiting about 30-40 mins. which I don't mind for fresh food. This is not a downplayed review at all this is me shouting out the manager on duty that night Damario and giving him his FLOWERS!!! Damario is awesome!! his personality is everything and then some, once I walked in he knew exactly who I was and was preparing my order fresh and he even upped the anty since we had been waiting so long. Now I'm alllllll for excellent customer service, especially being from New York and I appreciated EVERYTHING about how he was accommodating his customers! As well as he was running his shift! The store was clean, the employees were pleasant, and the food was fresh, I can not say enough good about the experience I was provided by Damario!!! He is definitely the caliber of employee you want working for you!“
“Food was hot and on point, even though it took a while to get only 5 blackened tenders. Seems as if there needs to be more structure and training. If a cook is late , or if one does not want to stay beyond scheduled hours, the manager should be able to get in the kitchen and cover the station. No delegation observed, no drops called. I understand it is a tough field from my own experience. So this is not a bad review. My food was good, and Mr. Ray (the manager listened to my concerns). I'm satisfied overall.“

“Was flying through Atlanta today to visit with my family for the first time in 6 months. It's been incredibly difficult, I caught my wife cheating with a bartender from our hometown bar. She told me she did it because after seeing my Denver Donkeys be emasculated by the Raiders for the 8th straight game I could not serve as a man anymore. I left to go back to Denver to spend time with my fellow Donkey Superfans and some close friends that are big whiner fans. They have all experienced some similar situations, especially the whiner ones. Well I am going to change all of this thanks to this Popeyes. I ordered a 6 piece spicy chicken tender box combo with a Coke Zeroand 3 blackened ranches. I was initially discouraged because the line was long, people wanted their Pops before watching the SNF game. I was worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy some delicious tendies before having to leave Atlanta. However I was amazed with the speed at which I was served. Perhaps the same speed I should've exhibited to save my marriage. I explained my situation to the young gentlemen at the register. Although I held up the line for 20 minutes he listened to me (even with his AirPods in) and made me feel like a person. I then got a platter of delicious hot and spicy Popeyes tendies, fries, and a biscuit. The tenders were soft and supple like my Mother-in-law's breasts. The fries were crispy and cooked to a golden brown. But all paled in comparison to the true star of this show... the blackened ranch. I chose this sauce because when my wife told me she was meeting other men she mentioned she got a new job with a website. I believe it was Blacked.com or perhaps Blackened.com I wanted to get this sauce to sample some of their fine product so I had something to talk to her about to break the ice. This sauce is so perfectly tangy yet spicy and a perfect compliment to not only the spicy tendies but also the fries. Nothing like finishing it off with the biscuit! Thank you Popeyes Atlanta Airport Staff and Cooks, y'all have changed my life. I look forward to getting my wife back!“

“I had a really nice experience with employees there! I asked them to switch some pieces to what I like better and they happily did it for me! :) I think this place is better than most other Popeyes in Georgia area.Two downsides of this place are that you cannot use discount coupons in your Popeyes app (you can use offers tho) and the price is slightly higher than other locations. But I understand that because it’s inside the Lenox Square mall.Overall, I don’t think this place deserves 2.- reviews!“
“I wanted to make this review to recognize an employee. Her name is Kimberly. I first saw her working at the Popeyes in Midtown on Boulevard. But now,she's working at this location. She has excellent customer service. It's been consistent every time I see her. Always kind, always accommodating. I have this a 4 star and not a five because outside of Kimberly, I do see some improvements that this location could make. But on a light note, the food is fresh every time I come here and I think as long as the people recording the orders listen thoroughly, this place will be in great shape. Once again I'd like to end this by saying thank you Kimberly, for everything that you do!“
“JENNIFER....JENNIFER....JENNIFER...is the reason for my 5 star review. She was absolutely AWESOME! I have been coming to this Popeyes off and on since I moved to this side and NEVER have I gotten such AMAZING service from this location. Jennifer was my cashier...she was polite, friendly, smiling and cared that my order was right. The manager on duty saw a total of 3 people in line (including me) and she came out to help. Not to bark orders and stand back...but to help...hands on help. The drive thru was also running smoothly. The crew that worked 12/3/2023 @ 3pm deserves a raise AND recognition! Best experience, PERIOD.“

“I have been wanting to try this and compare to a chick fil a. I must say they're pretty comparable. The chicken here was juicy and tasty. It would be hard to pick any fries over chick fil a waffle fries. Popeyes are well seasoned but not as good as waffle fries. I will say this: blackened ranch dip is legit. Wow. Delicious. This was an airport so I can't say anything meaningful about ambiance or service. It's good food.“
