“I got takeout from here and had a great experience. The wait staff was very friendly and my order came out quickly. It tasted delicious and I highly recommend the chocolate chip waffles and scattered hash browns.They do charge a fee for takeout orders but this is very clearly labeled throughout the restaurant and not a surprise at the end. “Very neat & clean, well run and efficient staff, very friendly to customers, ALTHOUGH, One thing worth mentioning is that they weren't very friendly to the new trainee who had just started; one seemed a little bit impatient with her and not willing to train properly, so I thought I would mention that since I seem to always find some room for improvement. I know it's a big huge city where people find it hard to be kind to each other but we are human, you know. “This waffle house is very nice. The staff are always friendly and efficient and keep your drinks full. The food is always cooked well and comes out fast. Biscuit breakfast sandwich is delicious and only $3. The only reason 4 stars, not 5 is that sometimes the cleanliness of the overall restaurant leaves something to be desired, but never had a problem with the utensils/plates. I'm not sure why some of the reviews are so low. If you adjust your expectations appropriately, it's pretty good!“

The employees are amazing and always so alert and understanding! every time I go there at the employees have my food ready in like five minutes. waffle House is the best place if you're in a rush! The ambience is amazing. Everyone is friendly and it is pretty clean there. You might see a few napkins on the floor, but that's it.“
“It was a busy Wednesday evening in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and I just had to get something to eat and drink and that was at waffle house. The grits scrambled eggs toast city ham and coffee were good as always. The way it just seemed like she's new and I had to ask Her for silverware and to please get me one Creamer for my coffee. Other than that I tipped both the waitress and the cook because I told him I really appreciate you and your culinary expertise.“

All of the staff was performing well. Well ran location. First time to eat at this location but definitely go there again. Great place to stop on a return trip from the airport via Camp Creek Parkway.“
“I was visiting my friend in northeast Atlanta, and I had to try Waffle House during this trip. This was my first time in the American South, and I heard so much about Waffle House from those that have lived or visited the South. This location was in walking distance from where my friend lived, so we walked here. The food is good. I can see why Waffle House is so well-renowned. The service of this location, though, is even better than the food. The servers are so kind and attentive. I admit, I have been back multiple times during my visit. I was also surprised by how reasonably priced the food is! If this were any other diner-type establishment, I would expect to be charged up to double for the same amount and quality of food. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, and I wish I could have stayed with my friend longer so that I could go even more. Unfortunately, my time to leave the American South and return home has come, and who knows when I will be able to visit Waffle House again.“
“Every time I come here, my experience is good! Maybe because I come early morning, rather than late evenings, im not too sure but I always have good experiences. My food is always hot when served. The customer service is always good, and someone is ALWAYS wiping down or cleaning the bathroom. This is actually one of my favorite locations to visit when im on that side of town. Good job team! “The security guard is a tuff guy. His demeanor is off. He disappointed me the other night. I see him as a liability to himself and the company. Only time will tell. Sometimes the Waffle House disappoints me in who they hire. But then maybe it's not who they hire but how the employees that get hired don't appreciate the opportunity. Today didn't disappoint, the store was beautiful inside and out. I'll never stop eating here. Waffle House is my favorite restaurant on earth. My food was good as usual. The music sounded great. My sever Alisa is cool and professional. She wiped my table off and got my water and coffee right away. All of my food came to the table at the same time so I tip my hat to the cook. My coffee was refilled with a fresh cup. I prefer real silver ware but over all this is 100% great service. The bathroom was clean. This visit was way better than two nights ago.“

The restaurant was pretty clean and comfortable. Our waitress was nice and brought our food quickly. I ordered the all star with a waffle and for context, I usually dislike Waffle House. All my friends love Waffle House and always want to eat there and I use don't like the service or food... This was the first time I have tried Waffle House food and it actually was good. The waffle was actually cooked all the way through and was not overcooked. The eggs were mid and the sausage was nothing special. I am rating them a 4/5 because I have such a low expectation of Waffle House and this location has blown me away with what I expected. This is the best experience I have had at a Waffle House regarding service and food. I don't know if it's because I was there on a Sunday morning vs a Saturday night but the food was much much better.“
