Just had my very first horrible experience at papa John’s. I had a credit for two large pizzas because the last pizza I ordered was smashed to the side. Due to driver or bad placing in the boy. Whole pizza pushed to the side. Ok come today to redeem my credit. I ordered one large pepperoni and one large cheese over the phone. I wanted to place my order with the manger but she wouldnt come to the phone due to her making pizzas so I placed it with the young lady on the phone. Go to pick up my order and it’s wrong I have a medium cheese and a large pepperoni. And the manager is the one suppose to be making the pizza and still gets it wrong and then when the young lady takes the pizza back inside after I tell her that couldn’t be mines because it’s the wrong size. She gets a attitude and goes back in without another word. After five mins she comes out and says she can make you another one or you can cancel. Like are you serious
