“While I recommend Ride on Smoothies. I did have an issue with customer service. I usually call and prepay before picking up my beverage. Today, I went online to reserve my beverages. It was not available. I called the store and was told it was a mistake and they had plenty! I told her I was en route. I arrived and of course, it's Saturday and the parking is hectic! I called and asked if I can prepay and have someone to run my package out to me. I'm told know after a text from the manager. They don't do that. What?! It's always been done. I said, okay, I'll put my hazards lights on, run in quickly, and be done. I see new employees. She explains to me that it's busy and she couldn't come out to meet me. I'm confused, because you told you don't do it anymore. I have anxiety and a disability. This is why I do this. I was annoyed! Do better Ride on Smoothies & Juice Bar.“
“They only problem I have is that they charge $10 for a tea when other places charge from $7 to $8 dollars. That the only reason I stop going there.“

“The Sunshine Smoothie was great tasting and filling for a snack between breakfast and early dinner. There were 4 girls working when I came in. The girl doing the most work was the only one that greeted me or even said anything to me. Though I loudly said I had a mobile order, the girl that made my drink didn't say anything to me and placed it in a cubby hole on the shelf right next to me. That was annoying... but the product was spot on!“
