“I didn't eat here, but the people serving were extremely kind and helpful. I was hired to film John Cox performing here, and it was such an awesome atmosphere. Everyone was in good spirits, having fun, and laid back. Definitely seems like the place to be. I hope to return as a customer and enjoy the ambiance, good music and hopefully some food. The only thing i will say, is parking is EXTREMELY limited and gets taken up QUICK! So you may have to drive around or park in a parking garage.“

“Food is okay. Squash is always good. However, the other vegetables aren’t as good. Cabbage taste gross & the noodles from the Mac & cheese is always over cooked. Idk if it sits on the line too long or what but if they can make those small changes i would literally eat here everyday.“

The staff has that friendly southern flair. The owner Sandra (I believe that’s her name) was friendly and made sure our visit went well.We don’t mind taking the drive from Atlanta to Columbus for the best soul food ever. The baked chicken and ribs were very tasty. “Excellent service on the evening shift. We had our own order wrong and the young man working there went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Usually, you don’t get good services in restaurants that close to closing time. Not the case with Shane’s, though. Excellent to the last minute. It is greatly appreciated!“

“This a cute and immaculate dine in/take out restaurant in Publix's shopping plaza. I was excitely greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The menu showed all the items that were available for the day and on the food bar everything looked delicious ?. I chose the liver and onions over rice with collards and field peas...OMG everything was delicious and best of all (for me) none of the veggies are cooked with meat. I can't wait to go back tomorrow ?.“
