The store was really clean as well, I know sometimes Waffle Houses get kind of a bad rep but this one is definitely one of my favorites to go to now!“

“4am chef recognized my request of no bun to be gluten free so went out of her way to go though and pick several large lettuce leaves for me to create a grilled chicken wrap, unsolicited and not looking to me for praise. Our waiter put on a fresh pot of coffee for us and other waiter keep perky tunes going in the jukebox. Unexpected in the wee hours btw Thursday and Friday mid shift. SUCH a sweetheart ? she made our whole experience worth it! We were traveling through from Florida back to Michigan and just picked a random Waffle House to stop at around dinner time. This location just so happened to be it! And it was stellar! from the exceptional service, to the yummy food & the very fresh, hot coffee! We loved every second of it ? we were fed well & happy & on our way with full, fresh coffees to-go!“
“It was a beautiful chaotic symphony. Clanging pots & pans, a sweet choreography of cooks and servers. Food- delicious and fast. I would have stayed to watch longer but there was a full house and a line... well done. You guys deserve an academy award.“
“This was the cleanest Waffle House I've ever been in. The staff, a great group of people that morning. They laughed and you can hear they like working together. Which makes the day go by fast and the work done. I love seeing that. Good ole team work! The food was really good, coffee was excellent. It's the Waffle House! This is my 4th time visiting one in my entire life and I must say this was my best experience at this location. It was really clean! This location is Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia across from the Comfort Inn. They were quick with serving us. Our Waitress, I don't remember her name. African American woman maybe early 60's with glasses. She was really, really nice and catering to us, she made me her special water. She made our day.Parking: It's enough parking, parking lot is cleanKid-friendliness: Yes, they cater to children very well“
“My waitress was nice, and the Chef was on point, however they forgot to put the Chilli on my hashbrowns.Love Waffle House, my only gripe is they charge you extra for take out orders, perhaps for the utensils, I'm not sure their reasoning behind this, I'm only assuming that this is why.“
“I just had breakfast here with my Dad & my sister & this is by far the cleanest Waffle House I have ever been to! Not only was the restaurant clean, but the staff was amazing. Our waitress, Erika, was phenomenal. The service was quick & friendly but we did not feel rushed. The food was fresh & we received exactly what we ordered. As my Dad was praying, Ms. Erika stood there with our food in hand & waited until he was done and even said Amen at the end of the prayer before sitting our food down. Everyone on shift at the Manchester Expressway Waffle House between the hrs of 8-9am on May 4, 2024 did amazing! They worked together as a team to help every customer that came through the door. They greeted everyone with a smile & a ‘welcome to Waffle House’ as soon as they came in. I live in Dothan, AL & I wish our food service employees were this friendly and that the facilities were this clean! Thank you to the crew who took care of us today! “I came in after my shift and wanted to grab some food to-go but when I came home and checked my food, the eggs werent fully cooked and it had egg shells in it. Also I wanted grits but they were also not fully cooked, it was watery and had a weird texture/taste. Other than that it was alright, I’m not a picky person and I was very hungry so I still ate it bc I know they were busy so I’m not upset. Great service though!“
