“Because of it's popularity, this Charley's is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star :( To their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularly long. Other than that, be prepared to have HOT food made the way you wanted it!“

“This PX is fairly decent. They have an actual Starbucks, not the "Service Starbucks" coffee... you all know what I mean. They have closed down the food court to dine-in patrons due to COVID, and are offering curbside and takeout. The PX itself, has your typical merchandise, brands, decent workout clothing, gear, etc. Can't complain. I've seen worse.“

“I had the best customer service at this Jersey Mike's. The customer service was unlike other places I've been, they showed that they truly cared about the customer. “Born and raised in New York I grew up eating blimpie subs which of course we called blimps. It's nice that the sandwiches are just as good as I remember and the person who made my sub made it with love and patience. Food ALWAYS tastes better when the person handling the food enjoys preparing food for others. Best experience I have had in a long time.“

“Werecently tried the Fancy Nancy chicken salad, and although it was quite good you might want to slice your grapes beforehand. The huge grapes don't sit well and roll off the cracker. I also don't think a large grape bulging from a sandwich is any better.“

“The workers are always great for the most part. But Blimpies being inside of this Circle K is terrible. The Circle K employees do not keep the store clean nor do they have decent Customer Service. I can tell they are not getting paid a decent wage for their cost of living or they just don't want to work there.“

“Not sure, but I assume this Mcalisters is new because the employee at registers was poorly informed or trained. If not newn the their training is atrocious. The employee taking our order didn't know how to scan our QR code in the app to credit us for our ordern she only knew how to do it by asking for our phone #. She also didn't initially want to take our gift card printout because again it had a bar code and she seemed unsure how to scan it but she eventually figured it out. Lastly we were going to buy a Bookie Bar. When we picked one up off the rack, it was hard as a rock. When we asked why? The employee said she had just taken them out of the freezer. She told us to take one off the bottom of the stack rather that to top. Really odd as to why she wouldn't have placed the ones right out of the freezer on the bottom of the stack. Really poor training at this location. Like I say, perhaps it's a really new location.“

“We visited Jersey Mike'Subs at 217 Robert C Daniel Pkwy, Augusta GA. at 5:52 today.We are relatively new to the area and had never been to one before. The staff was very friendly, courteous & helpful. Everything was very clean. Our subs were delicious. We know where our new favorite sub shop is now. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. !“

“Just left Jersey Mike's and I love the Philly steak sandwiches but the cook cooked the sandwich so fast it wasn’t even done. So I had to throw the sandwich out so I would not get sick. Really fast service is great but please have your cooks take the time to cook the sandwich all the way through thanks“

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect. I even had a nice note wrote on my order from the guy I talked to on the phone​ letting me know that he made my meal with care. They have a new regular now. Great customer service goes a long way.“

“The young man that made my salad was really friendly and made the experience a pleasant one. The store looked a little run down and I wouldn't give it top marks for cleanliness but maybe this was due to the fact I visited just after lunch“

“The crew here was outstanding!! I am pregnant and I guess it's a thing now that you can't eat cold cuts because of listeria. But you CAN if it's steamed. Well firehouse already steams there meats but they offered to double steam just to make sure!! Let me tell you this preggo lady was in pure heaven!! I have been craving subs since I got pregnant. And do you have any idea how hard it is to avoid those cravings!!?? Well they made me and baby super super happy!!Also this place is the cleanest restaurant I have been in. And the bathrooms were very clean too. Highly recommend visiting this place. And if your pregnant and worried about eating cold cuts , this is the place to go. “We drove by a Subway and a Blimpie to get here, and I am glad we did. Good Sicilian sub, could have used more lettuce, oil and vinegar, but not complaining. The bread to me was fantastic, fresh baked. The whole store smelled like fresh made bread. Menu is large and priced well.“

“Their sandwiches have great every time. The bread is always fresh and better flavored than any other sub I've had. You can dine in or take out. Their chips are really good too, especially the BBQ.I believe their sandwiches are 1 size; 8" maybe(?).“
