“The food was amazing, as well as the margaritas!“

“We were in the area and hadn't visited this restaurant before, but knowing Mellow Mushroom wouldn't disappoint, we decided to check it out. The restaurant was very clean and bright. As we walked in, Ida greeted us and told us to pick our spot. Ida was quick to take our order and so pleasant to talk to...in fact I noted two kitchen staff bring out to go orders while we were there, and both, Amanda and unfortunately I didn't hear anyone call out the young man's name, but both of them provided exemplary customer service. I don't say that often, I'm a retired service level manager, so that word is exactly appropriate. They even opened the box and asked their customer if it looked good to them and thanked them for visiting. Now the food, we ordered the house special, of course it was excellent, and they didn't skimp on the toppings, the bruschetta was delicious. In fact, we ate it and some pizza slices before I even thought about taking pictures to share. It's roughly a 35-minute drive from my home, but we'll be back soon. “I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food is fantastic and there is a fun neighborhood vibe. I can promise you that customer service is not dead here! We had a large party (11) and a reservation made ahead of time. Mistakes happen because we are all human and a mixup occurred. Unfortunately, we had to find somewhere else that night BUT the owner and staff of this restaurant made it more than right for us in the end. They were apologetic, gracious, and went far beyond any expectations we had in this situation. If you want great food and great service then this is your pick. Plan ahead with a reservation as it can get packed.“

“On my trip to Atlanta, I went to have lunch with my family at Señor Patron, an excellent Mexican food restaurant. I ordered a complete pollo, accompanied by guacamole, rice, typical Mexican beans, chili and nachos. Choose a 10, very tasty dish and very well served. I recommend!“

“We went there for my birthday and it was a so-so experience. The waiter started off actually sort of rude. I asked for coasters and he said "no! We don't have any" but didn't offer a napkin or anything else and walked off. We were taken aback. He recovered a little by the end of the experience to warrant a small tip.I ordered the crab cakes that were disappointing, they tasted peculiar. I told him that they didn't taste right and he didn't offer to make amends.The calamari was good and the entree I had was okay.“

We were happily surprised with their Seafood Fondue (yum, good for 2), Grilled Octopus (wow, generous serving), Grouper (just wonderfully prepared) and the huge RibEye and smashed fingerling potatoes (this will be dinner for two tomorrow night). Great, food, great ambiance, and the bar did not disappoint (Dirty Martinis and Classic Bourbon Old Fashioned). We did not have room for dessert, but I imagined eating their lucious chocolate cake. When I arrived my order was already to go the server Tar’Sheika made sure everything was correct and to my liking before letting me walk out the door. She insured I had enough sauces and even offered me a Togo beverage. Usually when I order take out at places the servers aren’t that attentive. They share a parking lot with some other businesses.Small space with limited tables and seating. We went on Saturday, 2/3/24, at 5:45 pm. It was already crowded, but there was a free table! By 7 pm, it was packed! They had live music when we went. There was a sign for trivia night too.I got the Mason Ale Works iPop! Tropical and it was soooo tasty and fruity and amazing. As soon as we walked in they had a table set up for us in the cutest little booth. Tommy our server was super knowledgeable and so sweet throughout the whole dinner ? The sommelier Jim helped choose the perfect wine to go with our dry aged ribeye - first time having dry aged and it was SO GOOD. Saji, Peter and Tommy helped with preparation preferences as well as the overall experience. Did not know you should get a dry aged cooked to a medium if you normally take your steak medium rare. It was so tender and flavorful. We had other courses such as the blue crab cake was my favorite and the scallops were my boyfriends. The mouse dessert was the icing on the cake ;) Thanks for making our day special.“

“The food was good because it had a clean taste. I think business will continue to do well if the taste continues. The downside to this place is the service. Customers don't even check to see if they need something, and even if they make a request, they leave out one or two things and make them talk again. Only service. I think it would be a more perfect place if we paid more attention to it.“

“I've been looking forward to coming here for a while and finally got to check it out. It did not disappoint! You first check in at the front counter and you need to have a passcode to get in. It's a really neat place! The food was very good and the drinks were perfectly done as well. I ordered a Lemon Drop Martini and an Espresso Martini for dessert. They have a mini bowling area in the back which is a lot of fun. There's also smaller areas and rooms for private parties and events. There's a small dance floor and a dj. There's plenty of seating for those who want to relax and enjoy the environment. This is a great Speakeasy in Alpharetta!!“

“Mellow Mushroom is a restaurant that I love going to with my friends. Every time we visit Suwanee Town Center, we always grab a bite here. We usually order the Great White, but this time, we ordered the Merry Prankster, and for an appetizer, we got the Bruschetta.The Bruschetta was super fresh and very light! It was so delicious. The ricotta cheese was also really a great plus with the balsamic sauce. I loved it.The Merry Prankster was amazing. It has an herb aioli base with chicken, Italian sausage, bell peppers, mozzarella, and aged white cheddar. It was spectacular! The combination of every ingredient went perfectly together.
