Worse service I’ve ever received from the kitchen. I ordered three separate shareable items only to receive half of the first shareable item 45 minutes later. I finally gave up after waiting an hour for the rest of my food and asked for the check. Can you believe they bought me a check with everything I ordered although I did not receive 20 % of my order? After asking for a manager only to be told there’s a glitch in the system and that he will not charge me for the shareable we ate although it was missing the fries, celery, carrots, and dressing. Ohhhh ok thank you I guess. Lol here’s a copy of my receipt and I honestly don’t blame the waitress for still wanting a 20% tip….note that I obliged. However, thank you Dave and Buster for making me wait an hour for my food only to go home at 12:10am to make some food since I allowed the children to eat what little food we received and it wasn’t enough heck I wasn’t able to eat anything. Maybe next time I’ll eat before coming or go to another Dave & Busters altogether
