“My Lovely Wife and I wanted ethnic food and were just wandering around to find something. We ended up dining at Star East and were very impressed. The waitress/host could not have been more pleasant. The food was very good with generous portions and reasonable prices. We had Mongolian Beef and spicy shrimp and chicken. The only negative was that the food is served in a styrofoam container with a little overmatched plastic fork. They had other customers picking up food while we were there, but no others dining in. Next time we'll get it to go. It's too bad their Yelp rating is pulled down by reviews posted three years ago. More recent ones agree that it's good and a bargain.“

“Finally found Egg Foo Yung after my favorite China Station closed down. The gravy was consistently good...there was no layer of grease to meet you. Its been 10yrs and finally happy...Delicious!!!!I became elated when they had cans of Pepsi...Anyone from the North understands how a can of Pepsi compliments Chinese Food.Regarding customer service...hope they listen to the customers..I had a great experience...Honestly I would take subpar customer service and great food with great prices..over great customer service and lousy tasting food at high prices.Hope.they improve ..please listen to your customers.....but for me I will definitely be back!!“

“Great prices for huge servings! I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice, and my wife ordered Fried Dumplings and Wonton Egg Drop Mixed Soup. Good food! Came out quick and hot. I would highly recommend this location! It serves the typical Asian menu.“

“The server Briana was great. However, the tables need better cleaning. The dark lights shield its appearance but when you touch they are sticky. I still give them the score because overall food and service was good.“

“I can't rave about this place enough! They have the best fried rice and lo mein in town. For appetizers I highly recommend the bao buns, soup dumplings, spring rolls, scallion pancakes, and fried eggplant. If you like heat the cumin beef or lamb are delicious with the right amount of heat. For milder you can't go wrong with the Mongolian beef, chicken, or lamb. The roasted duck is also of our go to dishes.“

“After coming here for the first time about three days ago we had to come back. All the food we had from the orange chicken to the egg drop soup, everything was amazing. “Best pho that I’ve ever had and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee was also outstanding. The restaurant is walking distance from my hotel. I came in yesterday around 2PM for a coffee - I love strong coffee and Vietnamese Iced Coffee usually hits the spot. The coffee was great and walking into a busy place that smelled amazing easily convinced me to try lunch here today. The broth had a great, complex flavor and the meats and veggies were all high quality. 10/10 recommend!“

“This review is simple. My food has always been hot. The ingredients fresh. The serving size appropriate. The staff is nice. Calling ahead or walking in to order, neither have been a problem for me. Oh and the fried rice they serve with their combos comes with sprouts which is a nice touch that other Chinese places don't add. “Got take-out from here for the first time the other day. Their Singapore Mei Fun is probably the best I've had in the area; it is actually spicy and quite delicious. The pork rolls and spring rolls were on-point as well.The only downside was that I went in the middle of the dinner rush and they were slammed and seemed understaffed. I had to wait for a bit for the food. They were very professional and seemed to get the orders out in the order they were received.They don't lose a star for that due to the quality of the food and the generous portions. He would rate it five star and for the food I would too. The only setback is a very small restaurant, which makes it difficult to cover topics without bothering everyone in the close area. So I decided to check it out for myself, however when I arrived they weren't open I guess they were running a little behind maybe because it was a Monday. What's inside I place my order, I waited no more than about 10 minutes in my food came out and it looked really delicious. I'm the type of person that doesn't like my wings really saucy but in this case I really enjoyed them along with the vegetable fried rice that I had. “We were driving out of town from ATL to Chattanooga. We called an order in and it was ready for pick up in 10 min. They are right off the highway. Everything was so fresh, tender, flavorful, it was amazing. We had pork with broccoli and pork with garlic sauce. We loved it so much we almost ordered other things to take with us for the next day!“
