“We travelled all day on Christmas & needed to get dinner somewhere. Sunny Wok was the only place on this side of town open and it has great reviews. I placed an online order. Due to the high volume of people placing orders online, by phone, and even in store, it still only took an hour and our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. This place has been down the street from us for years and I can’t believe it took us so long to try it. We will be repeat customers for sure!“

“I'm honestly shocked at all the low reviews, this place was great! As soon as I walked in it reminded me of the Asian restaurants I went to as a kid in the 90s, so it has that old school feel for those old enough to understand what I'm talking about. The place was huge with only a few families in there so the service was very quick. Our server was very informative on what to get or not get and ibis recommendations did not disappoint. The portions are massive on the chefs special, especially if you plan on sharing. I got the General Tao chicken which was family sized, my boys got the chicken curry and Mongolian beef which my boys said were amazing. The chicken curry was a little spicy though, even though my son likes spicy food but we were warned by the server so he can't say he didn't know. We also got the tidbit plate for 2 which was 100% a must get with so many snacking options. Only issue was it was so much food out to-go boxes were filled to the brim for leftovers another day. Don't let this tucked away gem slip past your dining options, we've lived here for almost a decade and now I wish I would have discovered this place sooner.“

I would know been a customer of theirs for over a decade and Baby when I rave about a place I mean it, I'm a true foodie and MR LI'S chicken wings and BBQ ribs are heaven in a takeout plate. His fried wontons are so crispy and generously filled with cream cheese goodness they're a must. His staff is always friendly and helpful. (I was paying with cash)The female delivery driver insisted on leaving my home to get change for the transaction because I was paying with a large bill. It's all I had with me at the moment & I told her to keep the change as a blessing.YALL. They forgot my white rice ?.. I called the restaurant to ask if she would please listen and keep the big tip. BUT.. can I get some white rice for delivery? The female delivery driver came back a THIRD time with white rice. She THREW in my change into the door and ran away with a smile refusing my big tip.PLEASE GO BUY FOOD FROM THIS SMALL BUSINESS. ?? They have a huge fish in the entry area, and I didn't know the female delivery driver is married to the owner.It was a sweet and funny circumstance as she pulled up when I called. “We've ordered from here several times and it is pretty good food. I eat white meat which is a $2 up charge and other than that prices are comparable to everywhere else. Some items on their menu they no longer make so there's that. I was looking forward to spare rib tips, haha. Service is fine as I've only ordered to go. The food is prepared quickly, is hot, reasonably priced for the generous portions, and it is delicious! “The restaurant was small but it has delicious food in there. The lunch menus came with a spring roll and your entree. It was more than I could eat. Everything there was freshly prepared and served piping hot. I highly recommend this place. It filled up fast so the word must be out on this gem.“

That was enough to feed a couple kids and a couple adults with plenty left over. Check out the portion sizes after I removed them from the containers. “I didn't take photos this time, but I will next time. Feeding a family of five, I ordered a half of pan pork fried rice with 25 Chinese wings and 20 lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper wings were so delicious, better than any other lemon pepper wings I've tasted. The regular Chinese wings were good as well. Every other place I've ate wings at, the wings taste like fish, yuck! This will now be my go-to place for wings.“

“We returned to try this adorable little restaurant again. This time we ordered the Double happy. The flavor and presentation were what you might expect from a much higher end restaurant. We also got a special treat: meat tangyuan. They're little meatballs in a sticky rice covering in a vegetable soup. The flavor was outstanding, and the small size of the balls shows the skill needed to prepare them. You can ask the staff if they have any available, they're considering adding it to the menu. “This place is phenomenal with more bang for your buck. If you order six wins mysteriously, you get seven. Their vegetable fried rice is so delicious and complements the lemon pepper wings very well. The Asian lady at the house has a fantastic memory if you come regularly so you can almost tell me what you normally order as well as what your family orders. They are fast and friendly, no doubt.“

Service is always usually excellent but the lady in the front should be more understanding when it comes to everybody's preference. That will determine if they doing better with customer service because a while back they questioned me about the receipt but it is displayed after you pay a certain amount for that meal. You get a free item or a discount off your next meal, so please read your receipt and take advantage of that. No one has money growing on trees in these days, even if you make a good salary. “What a great surprise. We had spicy chicken, spicy beef, and spicy shrimp. All meals came with Fried rice and egg rolls. All were great. It's my favorite non-pretentious Asian food so far near Aiken. Don't expect to impress a date here. It's a small drive through. Menus are simple. Cash only. The few people there were really busy cooking our food to to order. (Nothing was warmed up. We saw it being cooked) This place will be a regular for us.“

“I used to come here all the time in my teens/early 20's when I lived with my mom. Since I have moved I have been craving their shrimp egg rolls. Unfortunately there is no other place like China wok's shrimp egg rolls where I live and I miss them dearly. No matter how many I have tried, nothing is really like it. Since I was over at my mom's, I went in the other day and got 2 shrimp eggrolls and a small shrimp fried rice with the added peas and carrots. It hit the spot and was delcious. With the fried rice cooked just right/not dry and perfectly cooked shrimp and over flowing in the container to the crunchy egg roll with more than 1 piece of shrimp and seasoned cabbage. Their food has never really dissapointed me. The owners are always nice and pleasant when ever you go in and they are doing such a good job! I wish there was a China wok where I lived so if you are ever there, get their shrimp egg rolls and try something new!“
