This locations general manager Danica totally disgust me. I went into this location today on customer appreciation day and she refused service to my special needs child. I know today was customer appreciation day and there would be a ton of people but my son loves sandwichs. So we went. My son tried his hardest to stand in line but with having autism it makes it very hard for him to be crammed into such as small space. So he politely stood next to the cashier next to the window. We waited an hour and he did such a good job of not melting down for Danica the general manager to say because he didn't physically stand in line I would have to pay full price. Who does this to a young boy with autism? She stated is says so on every piece of paper in this restaurant and you will have to get back in line if he wants one. This is total discrimination against a person with a disability. We did not cut in line or ask for any special privileges. We waited just like everyone else he just stood to the side so that no one would touch him. As his parent I am appalled and disappointed in how they do business.
