We live across the street so we come here about once or twice a month out of convenience. To be honest there usually is some issue we have to fix or come back for but this time the experience deserved 5+ stars. From the phone call to pick up Shadi took care of us. He is a mature and excellent representative of Marcos as he listened to my order, confidently assured me the pizzas would be correct and then handed off the best pizzas we’ve ever had living here in Suwanee. Shadi’s communication skills and customer focused delivery should be studied by the other young people working at this location. Please give this young man a raise or leadership role immediately. :)

A few months ago, my friend and I were walking on the sidewalk and smelled the most appetizing pizza in our lives. We weren’t planning on it, but we ended up walking in and ordering a small pizza.The guy working the register was really nice. The pizza came out and it was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I still think about it.

This used to be our pizza place, but it's gone to heck. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. There was a hair between the cheese and crust, so I know it wasn't from us! We only got 9 out of the 10 wings! We won't be back!

Came here for father son dinner we had a great time. Pizza was perfect. Wings were made just right they even made sure the TVs were put on a channel where my sons will enjoy and the other TV of course for Dad. October 4, 2023

Such a great Marcos that needs more recognition. Super nice employee made our pizzas really good. My boyfriend who’s never impressed with food was impressed with their pizza . They have a nice open patio also has the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Everyone come here for really good pizza and service !

Cool spot to go before / after drinks. The staff is always glad your there and the food is on point especially the calzones l.. Music was dope get with Joe up there he is a Real One.Kid-friendliness: Joe is a family man and was really good to my 4 year old, he talked to my boy like he was already somebody, I appreciate that more than anything else, just being genuine and cool with the young ones. It’s a character thing.

Had to wait over five minutes to even be greeted. Phone has been ringing for eight minutes straight.Every table is dirty with no one in the store, including half eaten pizza on a booth bench.Emergency exit is open, employees obviously just sit at a table in the dining room since their bags are there.We used to love Marco's but this location needs to be reclaimed from the franchisee. It's disgusting and we will not be back under current ownership.

Nicholas is the Man!!! He made me two pizzas just the way I like I drive past 2 Marcos just to come to this Location 5 Stars to Nicholas Day Shift and the whole Team.

Off the beaten path. Great location. Fresh tasting ingredients. Pizza cooked to perfection. Great price and military discount too. Indoor and outdoor seating. Looking forward to going back!!!

Service is horrible this is the 3rd time I've ordered here and my order has been made incorrectly. When I've ordered there is always something missing on the pizzas they have prepared. Management doesn't accommodate a resolution. Each time I've called to express my concern for the order I've been asked to bring the pizzas all the way back to the location after getting all the way home instead of offering to correct my order another time that's more convenient. I would not recommend this location because of poor service and quality.

I was in this location a while back and wasn't happy with the service. But today was the best service i've ever received from a marco's pizza. I came in and talked to the big guy with glasses. I told him about my pass experience here and I wanted to give it another try. First of all the customer's service was on point. On top of that he gave me a free brownie to make up for my last experience. I will definitely be back to the location again. Thank you for hiring some good workers. Keep up the good work marcus pizza.

This place is ridiculous! I ordered 3 large pizzas, wings, and a salad for pick up, and when I got home I discovered one of the pizzas was completely wrong - it was a thin crust pepperoni vs a regular crust specialty cheese. I called to inform the store and asked them to make me a fresh pizza and to deliver it since they'd made the mistake. They said they would but then called 5 minutes saying they wouldn't deliver it since it was orca pick up order.I get back to the store only to discover they hadn't even started to make the replacement. At that point, I insisted that I was due some degree of a refund, something I wouldn't have asked if I'd been able to just walk in, be handed my pizza, and walk out. However, the guy in charge said they wouldn't give me any level of refund. I told him that was unreasonable, and out of nowhere some other employee shows up, starts going off on me and threatening me to the point I had to threaten to call the police. The guy eventually gets walked to the back, I'm told "he's been like this all day. He's going through some things", and a girl refunds me $3.18, the difference between the specialty cheese pizza ordered and the regular cheese pizza they were making to give me. Turns out, though, that the girl handled the refund incorrectly, so I'm not sure if I've been refunded anything, everything, or charged twice. The guy in charge tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out, and he had to give up because the guy that had been walked to the back was going off on another employee (I could hear the yelling and profanity) and the other employee apparently already had called the police on the guy.When I was finally handed my pizza, the girl had the nerve to tell me I couldn't leave until they had figured out the refund issue.
