We ordered a pizza for delivery, as we typically do and the pizza didn’t arrive. We waited almost an hour and then called the store. We were told they thought it was pick up and that they would send out the pizza. Fifteen minutes later a driver shows up with the same (over hour old) pizza. He told me that it was the same pizza and wings. I looked at the order and the pizza looked old and was definitely not fresh. The driver said he could go back and get a fresh pizza made and redeliver. I kept the wings thinking they would be good; however they were old as well. We called the store and spoke to Ashley (who said she was the manager) and she said it would be 45 mins and they would give us a 20% discount (about $6). This is after telling her the mix up and her saying it would be the same price (offering nothing for the error). This was even more disheartening, now we would have to wait 2 hours for a pizza and they would take off $6. We told her that would be unacceptable and she passed us off to Daryl (which now said he was the manager). He told us the order was for pick up and that we changed it later. We told him it was never pick up, it was delivery....as we typically get. He then said he would take 30% off ($7). We explained repeatedly that we are loyal customers and if he would check his records we normally get delivery. He said we didn’t get delivery and that he’s there 24/7 and is never wrong. He also said he’s been there 4 years and never had a customer like this. We asked for the corporate number and he gave us the wrong number twice. He said if he was wrong he would give us the pizza free, when confronted with the question “did you ever ask if it was pick up or delivery” he said no. I told him he would rather lose loyal customers than admit he was wrong, he repeatedly said....he wasn’t wrong. I find this lack of customer service to a loyal customer appalling. I told him numerous times to look at our record to see we’ve been long time customers, but he felt it more important to be right than retain customers. It’s now almost 9:00 PM and we had to order Pizza Hut.
