The place was really dirty, the tables and the counter.
Took the children to Rita's and enjoyed some delicious flavors. The carnival, watermelon, cotton candy, and green apple are delicious. The carnival is a mixture of cotton candy and watermelon ( I think), but either way, it's good.

Rita's frozen ice in downtown Suwanee offers a plethora of cold delights! These include frozen custard, Italian ice, gelati, etc. in many different and unique flavors.The service is friendly and educational if you are not familiar with their product line. Ambiance is a cozy and bright with indoor and outdoor seating. On this day I had chocolate monster custard which was excellent and not too sweet.Nice soft texture agreeable with the pallet. Although summer has passed Ritas is a great alternative to the ice cream shops around Atlanta.
Got the vanilla custard and could barely eat even half. It was honestly some of the worst custard I think I have ever had. Their Gelati might be better, but save yourself the money and don't get the custard

I would give it five stars, But here’s the reason when I looked on the Rita’s website it said that they were temporarily closed. So we called and they said they were open. But overall The Italian Ice and Custard is great here!! We also loved the samples!!! This was our first time and I am already thinking about coming back here again!

They go over and beyond. I wanted pineapple ice and strawberry ice and they told me to call the day before I wanted to come and they would make it for me. They did and it was delicious. The good thing is there is no minimum purchase required. You can't go wrong going here. Oh and their custard is delicious too.
