“We had dinner here party of 5. Service was fast, staff were friendly. We did Hibachi, the guy who prepared our meal was very funny.We also enjoyed the crab rangoon. It came out hot and delicious. We will come back again.Dietary restrictions: A member of our party has a shellfish allergy. They took that very seriously and prepared her food separately.“

“My husband was given a farewell dinner for his retirement at Bare Bones. Admittedly I wasn't expecting much since food at large events is basically ok. I was pleasantly impressed by the variety and quality of the food. The salads and sides had as much attention to detail as the entrees, which were varied to accommodate many people. I had the Salmon and my husband had the steak. Both were prepared well and cooked to our liking. The desserts were also varied and had the same quality. I had the ganache cake, which was a nice ending to the meal. My husband had the cream brûlée he was just as impressed. I heard no complaints and every one was satisfied . The room where we were seated was intimate yet roomy enough to walk around with ease. It provided a nice setting for pictures. The wait staff from the hostess and the roof top bar were nice and accommodating. The wait staff in the room were nice, friendly, polite and efficient. We had a wonderful time. We intend to come back soon.“

She was all over the place! Super attentive, with drinks, condiments, everything. “Lastnight was our first time at this restaurant. My husband made reservations, we were seated within 8-10mins. When we got seated we had to wait about 10-12 minutes to be waited on. Our waiter got switched 3 times but our last waiter Meghan was amazing. She was very apologetic for our waiting and switching of waiters. Our appetizers & entrees came quickly though. The food was all good. Our appetizers were covered due to our wait which we appreciated. We were too full for dessert but Megan surprised us with a chocolate cake to go. Overall what could have been a bad first experience due to how the night started ended up great all due to our waiter Meghan. We will definitely be back & my husband said next time we’ll ask for Megan :).“

Service continued on that pace for the entire meal with salad, entrees and drink refills happening timely.The cold food was cold (salad). The hot food was hot (ribs, potato, soup). All the portions were large and the food was just super tasty today. Ribs were fall off the bone and very tasty with the sauce. Salads fresh and full of goodies. And then, as they passed by the aisle opening I saw one of the older couple with a cane! “My wife and I go to Longhorn often. We find their filet as good as Brookwood, Redland's and J Alexander--- and a lot cheaper. Superior to Outback in steak, sides, and salads. All salads a re fresh and the dressings great. As far as service, we have never been disappointed. All servers are professional, friendly, and attentive. A very relaxing restaurant. Especially in Roswell and Cumming/Alpharetta GA.“

“For Easter we made 2 dinner reservations for a party of 10 at 2 different restaurants. Simply because we attend a big church and didn't know what time we would be out of the parking lot. We made it to our 2:45pm reservation only to find out the kitchen closed at 3:15. It made no sense. So we came over to Firebirds and we were so glad we did. They were able to accommodate my inability to count (my reservation should have been for 11) and we were quickly sat. Within minutes BOTH servers came to the table to greet us and get drink orders. And moments after that the manager came to touch the table. That level of service is what I expect and it was great. The food was very good because I cleaned my plate (which I usually don't do) and almost everyone took dessert home and it was fantastic. I don't have pictures because we were so hungry we devoured our food. We will ba back and soon!“

“We are returning customers to this restaurant and felt there may be some changes going on. We had great service and everyone enjoyed their food. We had a party of 6 adults. The prices are significantly more than the last visit there. One of my biggest complaints was the 20% tip was automatically added to our check. I don't recall seeing that written anywhere that it would be added. I prefer to make the decision as to the amount of tip I leave. Also an admin fee was added. I had to ask the server what it was and he did not even know. It turns out it was a fee for using a credit card which also makes me unhappy. I don't carry a large amount of cash and seeing that the prices are so high I was not prepared for that.“
