“This was my first time at Shiki. I got shrimp Pad Thai which turned out to be much sweeter than anticipated. The shrimp were over cooked but the rice noodles were good. The side of fried rice was tasty, not overly savory or greasy. The highlight for me was the Crab Puff appetizer we got. These were served as a roll and were delicious. The other "roll" dishes we saw being served looked delicious. This looks like it would be the way go if/when we go back. They have the full variety of rolls and I already have a pretty good idea of what I would get (scorpion roll).“

“We ate here on a Friday night of valentines week. It was super busy so we sat at the bar. As busy as they were, they still made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. The oysters, Brussels, salmon and duck were all so delicious and prepared perfectly. The bartender Jordan took the best care of us and a few members of the kitchen crew came out just to make sure everything was to our liking. Can't say enough good about this place and their team. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back for sure!“

As a wedding photographer in the region, I get to see SO many venues and they're all unique... but the Hagadone Event Center really stands out as a special one. Views for DAYS; the perfect North Idaho lakeside-glam vibe you are looking for. The staff is always so sweet and amazing to work with, and the images we can capture on the lakeside are insane (especially at sunset!). The food is amazing, the space is open/welcoming + elegant at the same time, and the grounds are just so peaceful and lovely.I always jump at the chance to shoot a wedding here; and if you are considering booking yours, look no further and DO IT.
