“Greenway Tap is a nice restaurant with great personnel and atmosphere. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. This being early in the season, it was not crowded yet, but it appeared that they're ready for the upcoming season. We were impressed with their response to some menu items not being available and their willingness to come up with alternatives. For example they did not have tartar sauce, but the chef managed to put one together for us; nice!!! Looking forward to another visit in a nicer day and sitting outside overlooking the golf course!”

“This is a magnificent representative of the South American cuisine, including peruvian, Argentinean, Brazilian, and Ecuadorian. Today, we had the lomo Saltado acholado, the peruvian seafood fried rice, and the appetizer sampler. The portions are very generous, and one dish is enough for sharing between two people. They also give you br3d and sauce very delicious. The price is hifg but it is good for a special occasion.”

“We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a pint and lunch. It was our first visit to Dunkley’s. Overall we are very satisfied with the food and felt very welcomed by bartender Suhei.I had the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich and it was delicious. My dining partner had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and loved it. Both sandwiches came with a mound of fries.I particularly appreciate Suhei’s ability to pour a “proper” pint of Guiness (20oz). She was patient and poured it the way Guiness is meant to be poured; with patience. Too many taverns that have draft Guiness do an awful job dispensing a pint. Suhei knows her stuff!For 3 pints and two sandwiches, the bill was just shy of $55. I think that’s good value for what we had.We will definitely be back!”

“I stopped in for dinner at Famous Dave’s on March 28th with a couple of buddies. I’d never been and had to try their bbq - and it was delicious! Highly recommend the brisket nachos, and if you go on a Thursday, their Rib Tip platter is fantastic.The service was incredible too. If you go, ask for Steph. She made sure we were taken care of, went out of her way to share her recs, and even brought the manager by to say hello - really cool guy! “I believe this place used to be a sushi restaurant. Maybe they changed name or just same owner. Food is amazing for our dinner. We had some sushi, calamari, shrimps. It was good. The ambiance was very nice and no problem with the parking. Many choices in the menu but could only eat a few. Would come back to try another dish”

“If you'd like the Best Kept Secret for getting wedding flowers, go to JEWEL OSCO, and I specifically recommend HOLLY, who works at this location (343 W. Irving Pk. Rd., Addison). Holly not only enjoys doing wedding flowers, she does an absolutely FLAWLESS, beautiful job and a price incredibly reasonable. She met with the bride (our daughter) in Feb. '23 and at that time received all of our daughter's requirements. She then put together an example of the type of flowers that would look best and would be in season for the wedding (Oct. '23) day. My daughter was thrilled! Holly did every arrangement for her, from the arrangements on 18 guest tables, bride's bouquet, 8 bridesmaid's bouquets, 11 men's boutonnieres, those that were placed on the wedding vow canopy and all of the moms and aunt corsages. Every single flower came fresh and beautiful; the arrangements were exquisite and OMG, we saved so much money. On the day of the wedding our wedding planner picked up the order and delivered it to the venue. “Enjoyed the outdoor seating next to their fireplace and ordered drinks and appetizers. Our server was fantastic. My wife and I shared fried cheese curds, lobster bisque, and mussels. All were good, but the curds cooled off quickly because they were served in a single layer on a large plate. Would recommend that they be served in a smaller, deeper container to retain the heat longer.”

The ambiance was just delightful and our server, MiMi, was so friendly and nice. The menu had so many options, it was hard to pick, but we went with the Mexican skillet and Brioche Stuffed french toast - oh my my, that French toast 10/10! The breakfast potatoes were so good and the flavor in the skillet was spot on. We just had to try the homemade orange juice and it was worth every bit of the $7. We drove an hour to try this spot and we will definitely be back. It's also just a few minutes from Safari Land so a great spot to have breakfast or brunch before having fun with the fam at Safari Land. Don't take my word for it, but give this place a try- so so good!”
