The online sportsbook is a scam. Good luck withdrawing or placing bets without giving premission for facial recognition and a whole lot of other personal information. Over 200 dollars stuck in my account and can't withdraw or bet. Use to be good not just sucks. Go elsewhere.

I have played at every online site this is the only one bad enough to worn others about, they will let you deposit but collecting from them is a huge hassle and don’t even know if it’s possible, customer service is even just as bad stairway from this place. Do not put your harder money in a company like this.

This is more a review of their online book. To date I think I'm down in the neighborhood of $500 with them, whatever that is money I gambled and lost. The frustrating part with this book is that I recently hit a good run (+$400 in the last few weeks, was down previously $900 in total) and they've made it basically impossible for me to bet. Max wager on most NBA props is <$10, I reached out to their support and they said it was a "risk management decision" but I have friends who are still able to wager normal amounts without issue.Genuinely really liked this book until recently. They often have best in market odds for player props and the fact that they are local is nice so I can go in person and watch all the games on their screens. Unfortunately I think I will no longer be using their book since I have no interest in wagering $6.57 on a bet (my normal bet is closer to $50). Solid book until you win literally any amount of money.

SCAM! Don’t waste your money, they will literally take it and hold it from you. I deposited $147 then was up through a ridiculously rigorous verification process. After completing all of this, I was asked for a bank statement. I felt something was wrong, so I asked for my money back.(didn’t make 1 bet) BetRivers WILL NOT PAY ME MY MONEY!!!! I’ve done everything possible, but it’s blatantly stealing on their end. How can a company do this to clients? Unbelievable.
