Had the large deep dish with chicken. The cheese with sauce was tasty but the chicken itself was not very appealing. It looked boiled without any flavor.Regarding size, for two people, they only allow the large size. I would recommend going with 3/4 people at least because the large is too much for 2 people. I wish they would allow smaller sizes. Also, it’s very pricey. Each meat topping is $8 on top of the base of 30 something. So expect to pay 40-60 for one large deep dish pizza.The lady at the counter could be more friendly. For example putting on a smile when welcoming. Overall she just seemed annoyed and came off as rude.

My son went in to use the bathroom as an emergency. They got the manager & the manager said he couldn't use the bathroom because he wasn't a customer. He was a young kid that was going to have an accident & they made him leave. Stupid manager, I AM THE CUSTOMER! I was getting something from the store & was going in there next to do my order. THEY DENIED HIM USE OF THE BATHROOM & he ended up having an accident in the car. So now, the customer I was to them I will not go there again. I called the store after I took care of my son. A girl answers the phone, " Hello". What? You're a restaurant and that's how you answer your business phone? So I tried calling back 2 other times & it just rang. They weren't closed so why didn't they answer? I'm the customer. Or I should say, " WAS". Next time that happens I hope someone craps on their floor. And this was supposedly a manager that made that decision. Bad customer service every time & now this. A business needs customers to survive. Remember my son could have been your next 1 & you denied him something you wouldn't want done to you. You lost more than 1 customer tonight. Shame on you. He deserves an apology for not understanding a kid begging to use the bathroom so he wouldn't have an accident. Obviously you don't have young kids or you'd act differently. Your establishment needs better training on who their customers are & how to treat them. You lost our business. We will drive to rosemont or anywhere else before we order from you. I will be calling corporate on this. You need to really read your customers reviews & change what obviously isn't working. Attitude & being rude won't keep you in business. Your customers keep your restaurant open. Remember that

Only halal giordanos location. You have to let them know you want halal and they’ll tell you what halal toppings they have. We ordered deep dish with pepperoni and sausage and wings both were halal. Wings sauce was good but the wing itself was not to my liking. Pizza was good hot and fresh but it was bland needed more seasoning that was only downside in my opinion. Definitely worth a try if your looking for halal deep dish option

The restaurant was clean.. that’s the one positive thing I can say. Food was extremely bland, no flavor. Insanely overpriced. We paid $40 for a lasagna that had basically no sauce and a small portion of chicken parm. Both meals did not seem fresh AT ALL. My husband asked for extra sauce for his lasagna bc it didn’t seem to have any and the “waitress” said they couldn’t give him any of that sauce bc it came in a giant bowl? She asked if he wanted any other sauce like buffalo or ranch sauce…. For lasagna. We were more than ready to leave before we even finished a meal.

We were so excited to come here from Texas and finally get halal deep dish. Owner was so very sweet however his staff was extremely rude. they wanted to clean up and take dishes away right away and asked us to move forward so they can grab the plates. When my family entered we used the women’s restroom and men’s restroom and now all of a sudden, the women restroom door is locked and there is “something going on there” so we can’t use it and all of us were only allowed to use the men’s restroom.

Fire the guy at the counter already, bro has gotten this place awful reviews for at least a year now and he is STILL THERE. He fat shamed me and my partner at the counter and was condescending the whole time he took our order.FIRE him. I still can't believe it's been nearly a year and he continues to work there according to the reviews. Unbelievable.
