Hostess was pleasant , waiter also was niceBut when we went to wash hands our table was already served with tap water and manager was just right in front of me so I asked him to get us bottled water and he just looked at me and asked to ask my waiterIf u r manager it’s ur duty also to make sure ur guest is getting what he/she ia asking and I was very polite.Food is good , but manager made me feel unwelcomedSo that how I ratedI hope he will see this review and will make adjustments to his work responsibilities

This was our 1st time at Harry Caray's Rosemont for lunch. Nice ambience, very good food and excellent service. Kudos to server Maria for her fine service. She is very nice, efficient and offered excellent suggestions. There’s also a nice outdoor area with umbrellas that will be nice in warmer weather. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant! ?

Service was outstanding. We celebrated a birthday and it was an enjoyable experience. Staff was professional and courtesy. Timing of ordering and delivery of drinks and food was appropriate. Food was excellent and prepared as described in the menu.
