“We definitely devoured half of the pizzas before snapping this photo but that just attests to how delicious they were. The Chili Chicken Pizza was quite literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. We got the chicken tikka pizza and cheese pizza as well they were both 10/10. Very friendly staff, they even gave us a cheese chili bread on the house that was just delectable. We’ll definitely be stopping back whenever we’re in the area!“

“I couldn't have picked a better place for my first official Chicago pizza experience - though unassuming at first glance, the food hit all the right notes. My pizza had a perfect thin crust that wasn't tough or too hard, but could still stand up to the toppings. Both the cheese and sausage had great flavor, and neither was greasy. The pizza had just the right amount of sauce, and wasn't too acidic. The slices were large but surprisingly light. While I can't eat beef, I tried a bit of the bread, peppers, and giardiniera from the Italian beef sandwich and it was all delicious. The prices were very reasonable and everything came out super quick. Apart from the food, what really made Gigio's stand out to me was the staff. This is a true community restaurant - they actually know and care about their customers. They remembered my dad even after 30+ years, both Vito and Mama Nitti came out to chat with us and ask about how our family was doing. They even remembered how my grandfather used to order his pizzas back when they lived in the neighborhood. If you're looking for a mom and pop restaurant with delicious pizza and a great local feel, Gigio's is the place for you!“

“I moved up north a month ago and needed a new pizza spot. This is place is the definition of fire. The customer service is fantastic, the girls running the front are amazing and make sure the customer is taken care of. The pizza is so fire and i also had the wings and mozzarella sticks which were good as well. If you need a pizza joint this is it 100%.“

Catfish was cooked perfectly in a tasty breading, butter chicken sandwiches with different options including spicy, Parmesan and Asian. And the fries!!! Best fries I've had in quite awhile!
