“Wow. I had the soup/stew. It was great. Don't miss the garden. Koi pond. Lester the owner has stories. This is where waiters and waitresses go.“

“They only serve lunch only during the weekdays (no dinner and no weekends). However it is the best lunch around! It's like your mom went in the kitchen and made it for you. Soups are made from scratch and they are delicious. The BLT on rye is outstanding. And if they have it, you have to try the potato salad. This is a bar with a Northwoods atmosphere that has affordable prices but there are some tables to sit at. They also have a Friday fish special.“

“We love it here! It's a great atmosphere with super friendly staff. Good prices and even better food. Drinks are a good price too and they have rotating cans to try new beers every time we go. Our favorite menu items are the pizza, island patty melt, wings, and the Mac and cheese bites! This is our favorite location for date night and it's top of mind for a great bar to sit at. Plus you have bowling and pool tables right there as well.“

“Hi guys, just wanna let you guys know the garage bar in sandwiches is a great spot to have food. The service was OK. Not the best but the food makes everything better. Unfortunately the drinks were trash. I shouldn’t say trash because that’s understatement. They are horrible they taste nothing but syrup don’t get drinks or specialty drinks here get anything on tap that was better, good luck“

“The Corrib Irish Pub is the perfect place for a night out or just simply to grab a drink. The atmosphere is amazing and the music is great. It's an old school style pub with great service and delicious drinks. It's definitely worth a visit.“

However, the server here gave me an extra chair and took care of my camera bag. I've never experienced such hospitality in a restaurant before. However, I wish they had more seafood. -Oden Soup: it was on the house. Even my daughter, a picky eater, said it was excellent. “We absolutely love Docs, they have amazing food, amazing drinks and THE BEST service. We’ve been there a dozen times and always had stellar service. Very recently we met their GM, Amber and it became instantly clear that the service was a direct trickle down effect from her leadership. Amber went way above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We recently got a new puppy and she made sure he had water and even chopped up some carrots for him which are his favorite. She was constantly talking to guests and moving people around the patio to ensure they had shade and were comfortable. Her dedication to guest service is truly refreshing and very rare in the post Covid restaurant industry. We will certainly be back again and again because of her.“

Overall we are very satisfied with the food and felt very welcomed by bartender Suhei.I had the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich and it was delicious. My dining partner had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and loved it. Both sandwiches came with a mound of fries.I particularly appreciate Suhei’s ability to pour a “proper” pint of Guiness (20oz). She was patient and poured it the way Guiness is meant to be poured; with patience. Too many taverns that have draft Guiness do an awful job dispensing a pint. Suhei knows her stuff!For 3 pints and two sandwiches, the bill was just shy of $55. I think that’s good value for what we had.We will definitely be back!“

“Kilcoyne has great food and great service. I highly recommend this hidden gem. We were visiting from Nashville and we were looking for some good food and were not disappointed. It has a bar on one side and restaurant seating on the other, separated by the kitchen. We had our nine year old son with us and sat on the restaurant side of the building. We happened to dine in on steak night and boy, did my husband and my son enjoy their meal! One got the New York Strip and the other got the Ribeye. Both steaks came with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. They couldn't quit talking about how tasty it was. I got the Bacon, Bacon, Bacon L and T. As the name suggests, this sandwich was loaded down with crispy, tasty bacon with some lettuce and tomato and was very good. It came with chips which was a good pairing to the sandwich. Come on in and ask for Sarah. She is a hard worker who will make sure your experience is a great one!“

“PS Pub truly exhibits everything a neighborhood bar is supposed to be good people unwinding enjoying different ales and spirits sharing conversation and having a laugh. up until now I've always shopped at the liquor store next door, I stopped in for my favorite blue moon with a wedge of Orange ice cold and on tap well I guess I found myself having a few and when I'm feeling that way I gaze upon the pretty bottles of spirits Tequila's rums whiskeys from all over the place and that little demon in my belly says "send it my way" so I settled on a peanut butter whiskey I love them if that's your thing you know they have malort which I've never actually tried I hear it's an acquired taste perhaps another time they've got a nice little popcorn machine that puts it out I like to snack a bit while I'm putting them down. friendly service really nice people from the neighborhood and a great place to unwind. so although it doesn't look like much from the outside you know judging that book by its cover thing stop in belly up and enjoy yourself“

“Myrick's is the restaurant inside the Sheraton at O'Hare. We had dinner and lunch here during a training conference. Service was always pleasant, friendly, and efficient and the food good. Prices were very reasonable for a hotel restaurant at this location.“
