“Starbucks itself is overpriced and a corporation that profits. The employees at Starbucks are the real gift and they've made my morning a good morning everyday for as many years as I can recount. I love matcha green tea with brown sugar syrup. They make it so well at this location, but make sure you tip the staff please until Starbucks is ready to pay its employees a livable wage. “Went to Panera in FRG with my 2 kiddos today, and despite my goofy 4 year old acting up, it was one of the best Panera experiences I’ve ever had. The manager on duty (which I regretfully didn’t catch his name) greeted us right when we walked in and asked my son what he felt like eating. He then made sure the cashier gave us complimentary treats. When our food was ready, he walked the food over to our table so I didn’t have to bring both kids up to the counter. One of the other employees cleared our table for us as well. It was full-service amazingness! Thank you!”

The pizza was delicious and could tell made with fresh, quality ingredients. For a guy that does Friday night date night every week in my opinion I got lots of good food for the price. “Great googly moogly I ordered the salmon burrito with mango and crab meat and oh boy was it delicious. My taste buds were getting rizzed on hard and I was all for that relationship. For a side I got the seaweed salad. It was simple but very flavorful. I would highly recommend pokebowl. Speaking of poke there is poke stop there too which is noice.”

“I am 38, first time ever going here, was amazing. Went with my gf, my little brother and a group of friends. It was on Monday (Memorial Day 2024-4pm show), smaller crowd and at first, it was dead quiet so I just got up and began and started yelling for our knight (yellow/red) and then the crowd just became louder around the stadium. But yellow/red won! It was an awesome experience. Good food, friendly people and good stuff. Came away with some souvenirs, but you WILL pay, however, it was all worth it. Will be back in the future sometime soonish.”

“We were looking for a breakfast place in Volo while waiting for the museum to open and this place didn't disappoint.its not much looking from the outside but the food was excellent.. we had ham off the bone ,my friend had egg pizza of some sort and it was amazing..the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Food portion was more than enough but we finished it all. The place was very clean. There's gaming too and a good size bar.. we will definitely come back for lunch next time and see what they offer..”

“What is wrong with me, I've haven't talked about Sal's? There are many things wrong with me, and that 4000 page book is for another time. The little pizza places are what I always look for. Sal's is a staple. Don't be fooled by it's location and exterior appearance, this workhorse is around the corner of a 7-eleven building. The appearance is small but internally, thanks to the hard workers doing their thing, they produce some great pizza. Their tavern style is classic, thin (but not cracker thin) crust has generous, tangy sauce, and hearty, fresh toppings. I like that the sausage isn't too salty like other places. Don't sleep on their wings, they are meaty and done right. Sal's is 100% pickup or delivery. They have other options for pizza, appetizers, hot sandwiches, pasta, ribs, salad, etc. Dave Portnoy recently put them on an extended map..beyond word of mouth from locals. I never expected him to show up near my neck of the woods, but if he was in search of a "real deal" or "go-to" tavern-style pizza, he made the right decision. Even without One Bite, Sal's was already award-winning. Be sure to use their coupons as they gladly accept them.”

Talk about pizza... the ingredients are fresh and plentiful, cheese just the right texture and amount, crust crispy and satisfying so much so that you can eat 2 (maybe 3 pieces ) and not feel STUFFED! Service was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere is nostalgically comfortable. Our 11 month grandbaebae was happily acknowledged by all waitstaff though they were busily weaving thru the tables with their pizza pies and libations. They offered to take a picture of our group of 6 afterwards, as we were celebrating our son's birthday. On our return home, realizing an item wrapped in a napkin, was left behind and most likely tossed, I called and the owner (Jerry O.) offered to look thru the waste and by the time I returned to the restaurant, seeing him with a smile on his face, I knew he had found it !! That's going the extra mile... hurray to Uncle Jerry and his crew !!”

“Really happy I ran into your food truck at Home Depot the other day. Your take on homestyle pinoy food is legit. Had the super combo platter to try most of what you had to offer that day and was not disappointed. Hard to get quality home cooked Pinoy food that is not your own. Wasn't overly greasy, great flavor profiles, and hit the spot on home cooked for sure. I devoured my plate...lol. I'm new to the McHenry area and was disappointed that the Asian cuisine offerings was lacking from were I moved from... but looks like yall hover the area and will be back for my Pinoy food fix.”

“This cafe has a very pleasant atmosphere with friendly, uplifting staff. The coffee and specialty choices are on par with the franchise cafés. However, I believe that the brew and the specialty flavors are better and have a unique taste. I typically regularly get the amaretto or Irish cream flavoring. I have found that the mocha I get on occasion has a more pleasant flavor than those offered by Panera, SB, or DD.They have a regular crowd and customer base whom I've found pleasurable to interact with when stopping in, though I am not a daily regular. They take time to eventually learn your name when seeing you a few times. It's always inviting at Honey Hill.”
