Great little store. Very friendly person behind the counter. I placed an order in the morning and received a call shortly after to let me know their Saturday hours and exactly when my order would be ready. Loved the DIY Christmas Cookies and our dogs loved the K-9 cookies as well.
I have ordered from Cookies by Design many times and have always been impressed by the quality of their product and the adorable designs. The Glenview, IL location particularly impressed me with their prompt delivery and keeping in frequent contact with me concerning when the package was delivered.

Great service! When no one answered the door when delivered, the driver called and arranged where to safely leave the cookie bouquet and then called me to confirm delivery. Couldn’t ask for more!!
