“The only problem I have is tips. How do they think its ok to ask for tips and they do not weight on you. You go through a line and then gets asked for a tip at the cash register.. and are made to push the no tip button in front of everyone.. the tip does not even go to the right person.. everyone that works there gets it. They need to pay those people..”

“First visit here. I was told by a few people that they make some delicious fried potatoes & onions. Unfortunately we went on a Sunday and they don’t offer them on Sunday. Got there at 10:45 and was told, no more breakfast available. Not a good start being 0 for 2. I tried the fried chicken, which was average. The pie is good. My wife had the homemade dumplings which she said were excellent. Might try them again sometime, but was bummed after driving almost an hour to have breakfast with potatoes & onions and couldn’t have either one. They might want to specify those limitations on their menu and Facebook page.”

“This charming little place was tucked away in the downtown square, and was so much fun. The food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. We had a 30 minute wait, which was not bad at all for a Sunday at 11. Plus there's plenty to keep you busy by walking around down there. 10 out of 10, would recommend”

“I had the very best Italian sausage sandwich I believe I've ever had today. My wife had the Chicago dog and was also very happy, that coming from her since she grew up just north of Chicago is saying something. We go there almost everytime we go to Marion and want fast good food. So in our opinion the only place to get authentic Chicago style sandwiches of all different types. Please go give it a try you will not be disappointed.”

“Interesting hipster spot in marion. They have some interesting beverages. Plenty of focus on gluten free/vegan/paleo etc. The chocolate chip cookies were good. I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, which is really nice and inviting. They were busy, and it took a good 20 minutes to get three drinks. The Chai was ok. Our group enjoyed the coffee and the olipop. Parking across the street. The staff was good and the facility was clean.Dietary restrictions: GF options”

“This is my ALL TIME favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Although it is small, that doesn't bother me. I think it's very comfortable. Their food is delicious, I recommend the street tacos that come with SUPER spicy tomatillo salsa. I love the El Jalisco special as well!”

“The staff were friendly and had a good atmosphere to sit and eat. There are a couple of options for vegetarians. They ran out of flat bread so we had to order a sub. We ordered veggie and spinach pesto from the "Not breakfast" menu. We also ordered an Americano which was ok. The food was good but it was very sweet. We were not sure if it was some topping or if they added sugar syrup. It's a decent place to eat in Herrin.Vegetarian options: There are a couple of options for vegetarians under the "Not breakfast" menu.”
