“Stopped by on a whim and was very, very surprised. The outside is quite attractive with an outside eating area. The inside is nice and clean with plenty of seating. We ordered chips and salsa, Pollo with Mole, and the Steak Burrito Fajita. The chips are homemade (as expected) and very good. The chicken in the Pollo with Mole was super tender. The mole was rich. It came with homemade corn tortillas. The Steak Burrito is filled with fajita fillings, so steak, green and red peppers, and onions. The flour tortilla was filled and grilled giving the whole a nice smokey flavor. It was one of the very best burritos I have ever had. Look over my reviews. I have eaten a lot of burritos. They have a creamy salsa verde that is great, a very nice Roja sauce, and a hot sauce that is no joke hot. Our server was great and the whole experience was a great one. Will be back soon.”

“I’m in awe of the amazing customer service! I ordered 5 bundts for my wedding shower and two days before the event they texted me saying they were all set to deliver Saturday to the venue. Then on Saturday they texted me saying all of the items were delivered! They took one thing off my “to-do” list because I never had to worry or follow-up! And to top it off, not only were the bundts delicious, they gave me my own minis! Such a sweet surprise! Thank you so much!!”

“I've read some rather bad reviews of this location on here, but I disagree with their assessment. My husband and I went there yesterday for lunch before going to a movie across the street. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean. No complaints from us. Plus, 2 officers from the local police department were there getting their lunch. One thing I have learned over the years--if cops eat there, it must be good.”

Got seated right away and after reviewing the menu, went with Hokkaido Cha-Shu Ramen and small order of Karrage.Chicken was perfectly fried, only had few pieces and took the rest home because I wanted to enjoy the ramen. Now, I'm not a fan of miso ramen, but their version was better than what I had expected and had in many other joints in the states. I was bit lost with the two potato wedges they threw in there and the cha-shu was bit dried unfortunately.Service was awesome, water got filled w/o me asking and food came out quickly. The place got busy after 5pm and by the time I left, all the tables were occupied. Would recommend you visit before the dinner rush.”

“Food is great. Period. There is nothing like this in Rolling Meadows, and very few in surrounding areas. We went there for an early Mother's Day dinner (4pm), so the place was empty, which might have impacted our experience. Service was super friendly, the place has that hole in the wall ambience, as close as you can get to Europe in Rolling Meadows. On the expensive side, but we will be back when we feel like we need to be pampered.”

“Great place with unique and eclectic menu. The bay bun appetizers are good but could use a little kiss of hoisin and acid… otherwise delicious. The mixed plate is a hit with all of the meats with a different treatment of spice and herbs… outstanding. Yanok is an awesome host and we felt comfortable and welcomed in his restaurant. I highly recommend this hidden jewel!”
