This is a decent and authentic Korean restaurant in Katy. The food quality is fairly high. I tried stone pot spicy squid bibimbap and spicy pork soup for lunch.The former is superb and very delicious. The squid tastes fresh. Highly recommended.The second meal is less impressive. The pork is tough to chew and a bit tasteless. The soup also tastes too watery and lacks a rich flavour.Almost all customers are Koreans. I thought I would not like this place because one of my exes was a To Soc Chon practitioner. I was wrong. The food service atmosphere and ambiance were all perfect. I recommend the dinner menu everything on it is great. I ordered one of of everything from it which I do every time I am at a location for the first time especially if I am with someone else which I never have been but I still do it regardless it would just be extra that I would make sure to do that if I was. Generally, the food is not bad.The Soo Yook Bossam isn’t the typical Korean one and is a bit expensive.Blood sasauge is not recommended! It is not tasty!순대좀댄 맛이 없어요ㅠㅠ
