The customer service my family and i received on my child’s birthday was horrible!!! Over 15 mins for anyone to greet us and take our drink order and this is before it got busy...then an hr and 45 mins for our waitress to come to our table to tell us their fryer caught fire but we’ll be next to be served....really?!!! Ridiculous!! The managers attitude was even worse “everyone has been waiting” and you think by comping 4 drinks and a appetizer is ok that’s bs!!
