“Def recommend - food is good, but if you're getting delivery through the app - I've ordered a large mashed potatoes and have received a small instead multiple times and have to request a refund through their automated services each time it happens, which obviously doesnt address the recurring issue (if it is one - but I've only received the large mashed potatoes I ordered once out of at least 4 tries so)Additionally, I don't know if this location serves Shrimp. The app offers it because it's a Popeye's menu item, but I've ordered shrimp a few times and haven't gotten that either - but I can understand that not being an option at all locations“

“Came here on Sunday, March 3rd 2024. Service was great but a bit slow. The restrooms need to be deep cleaned. Super gross stuff on the sink, no hand soap available, toilet was dirty and bathroom floors felt a bit sticky. The food, however, is amazing. I see why people rave about it. Great quality and taste amazing! Just wish the bathrooms were cleaner!“

“Despite the limited hours, this place still manages to deliver to the the fullest on all its promises. Inside atmosphere is very comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a 2 piece chicken (buscuit included), it came out to around 5.50$. The pricing was perfect for two good sized pieces of chicken. The first bite of the thigh gave a satisfying crunch, and the meat itself was juicy and hot. The drum was equally as good. The buscuit had a good buttery outside coat, with a soft and moist inside. 10/10 will continue to keep coming here.“

“I haven't had Browns in a long time due to location but this one is very close to me so I decided to go.The difference between here and most other chicken places is that they cook the chicken right away instead of giving you the ones they had sitting under the lamp and the difference is noticeable.Ordered a couple of sides and were also satisfactory.“
