This is the worst Dunkin’. We only go here for sake of convenience, but they are awful. Let me tell you about two separate experiences in the last week. I ordered 2 iced coffees with easy ice. Girl hands them to me full of ice, I asked if this was easy ice. She said no. I said, I asked for easy ice, can you remake them please? Some other girl says we don’t have enough iced coffee. Okay, one-isn’t coffee your bread and butter? Two-why wouldn’t you just say we are running low on iced coffee, can I give you two mediums, and we’ll give you a slight discount or something instead of ‘here’s something you didn’t order’. Today I went in to get several gift cards for teacher appreciation week. First I’m told I need cash per store policy of any purchase over 25 dollars. I’m like cash? This is 2021 isn’t it? I asked if I could do separate transactions. I was told no. I also wanted 6 plastic cups and lids to put the gift cards in. So I just said whatever, I’ll just get some of the ones needed and will get the others later. My total was 28.33. I said where is this extra charge coming from? Oh, we charge .50 cents for the cups. Okay,but I thought we needed cash for something over 25 dollars? So I received some of my giftcards, no giftcard sleeves, nothing. To continue the terrible service-stopped by today during happy hour. Ordered ‘2 large iced coffees, cream and sugar, easy ice’. My total should be 4.44, they tell me is 5.11. I’m like since when? Oh, we adjusted our policy so it charges more for those that ask for less ice. I’m sorry, but what??? .34 cents a cup more to ask for less ice. If you try to complain to corporate it goes no where. They send you an automated email about how they are committed to great customer care, and they’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours. I emailed them in June. I’ve followed up multiple times, and no resolution, no follow up. I realize the world is short staffed but take care of the customers you currently have.
