I used to love this place, after last night - not anymore! I ordered delivery, the driver couldn't find me for 10 minutes (at least) and after she finally did, she started blaming me for not being able to explain how to find me. I have never had issues before with any of the other drivers. It is HER responsibility to know where she is going, it is absolutely her fault, that she doesn't know where she is going. She was super rude and nasty! I gave her $4 tip for a $9 sandwich, I think it was a pretty good compensation for HER mistake! No "thank you", no "I'm sorry", no "have a good night"... nothing! Is this how you do business, Jimmy Johns????? You lost me as a customer!!!
