Stopped for lunch today. They brought out the wrong chicken sandwich and my fries were cold. 2nd sandwich was again wrong. When I received the 3rd chicken sandwich the manager said she’d refund my money but never did. My husband placed a separate order and his chicken sandwich was wrong as well. Stopped for coffee 2 days ago and it took them over 10 minutes to make my coffee in the drive through. They put new kiosks in and cut down on staff. Won’t return to this one ever again.

I ordered curbside at 235 pm today and at 250 pm my food was still not out. I went in after watching 25 plus cars order go out and the manager said the system is down. That is bull not as fast as you were getting cars in drive thru. When I finally got my food my fries were cold and were special ordered and should have been piping hot.
