I have tried a few things here but my go to is the Dolsot Bibimbap, always great and satisfying. The side dishes are always to my liking, they vary from visit to visit, and that is ok with me. Prices have come up but are reasonable. I am often the only or one of the few customers who does not speak Korean there. It is not a fancy restaurant so prepare your expectations for a more relaxed, casual, almost street food style, dining experience.
Loved my experience at Pusan. I'm always looking for authentic food spots that serve food with fresh ingredients. I recommend the Bibimbap and the dumplings which was one of the best I've ever had. We bought the steamed dumplings which was packed with thinly sliced vegetables and meat.I also liked the fank soup which is on the spicier side.
