“We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night and the staff was wonderful! In our reservation notes I requested a both and mentioned we were coming for our anniversary. Our requested was accommodated and the table was set with a lovely card and rose petals. Several staff members stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary. All food and drinks came out perfectly and timed perfectly. Our server was Stephanie and she was absolutely fantastic! Can't thank you enough for making our dinner perfect!“

“What a great Mother's day brunch! The food was absolutely delightful! There were so many options! I mean, there was so much to choose from! What ever your tastes may be, they had it covered! Our fabulous servers were Gabby and Miguel. They were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. As busy as the restaurant was, we never felt rushed! Well worth it!“

“James was an excellent service and made a lot of suggestions throughout our dining experience. He was polite, honest and we ended up trying some new things that we’ve never ordered. A+ on service and the food was just as good this evening. I’ve found outbacks are hit and miss, but the cook at this location did a great job! The reason for the 3 stars regarding atmosphere is due to the usual for me. The music’s too load and where we sat was a very brightly lit area. I prefer darker more low key environment but things were good otherwise.“

“We had a Friday night dinner at the Downers grove out back steak house ! We came with our family and Tim was our waiter and let me just say he was one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure!!!! He was courteous, kind was able to refill all our drinks and take our orders like we were the only party in the restaurant!! Thank you time for a positive experience on a Friday night!! Also hats off to Linda for taking my call and allowing us to make reservation for 9 people.“

“My wife and Me stop in for dinner ?. We ordered 2 steaks and the appetizer shrimp ?. The shrimp was grate. When the 2 Stakes came to the table, they was COLD I told the server he had the manager stop by. She said I will make you a new Stakes.. my wife said she lost her Appetite, I ask for my stake Medium, it came out raw.. I called the manager she see it was raw. She No apologize and ask to make a new 1.. I told her I have been here over 1 hour and didn't want to stay any longer. The manager said I don't have to pay for the first stake, so I paid for me raw stake and Appetizer. $ 50.00 and never ate. And left.. sorry guys for the long review. But I no things happen.. please get rid of the cook..“

“HOSPITALITY PLUS!!! EXCELLENT FOOD!!! We enjoyed our Ribeyes, baked potatoe & veg medely. Our salads were crisp! We enjoyed the Beat salad & the Wedge. We shared the Chocolate cake; this was to die for! Hanna our waitress, was the BEST! She kept checking on us for refills & needs. SO SAD that the restaurant is now closed ...“
