“I’ve been a big fan of peri peri chicken for a long time so I had to drop everything and try this place as soon as I found out that they were here. It did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy and flavorful with a nice char on the skin. I ordered it with the medium peri peri sauce, which I would rate to be right around the same heat level as Tobasco sauce, but much more flavorful. My wife had the loaded cheese fries with gyro meat. That was really good too. Kind of like poutine, but with a little something extra.Next time I’ll probably get it with the hot sauce now that I know what their rating levels are like. I’ll definitely be going back many times to try some of the other menu options too.“

“I moved from Niles to the south side of Chicago about 8 years ago and it's comforting knowing the food here has not changed! Still as delicious as I remember and owner has kept the prices fair where other restaurants are price gouging. Love this gem of a place. It's hard to find good food with quality ❤️?“

“Small, clean location with a small bar. Looks like it's set up for karaoke too. The gentleman who took my order was very polite. He also helped in the kitchen. The menu featured Korean and American food.I wanted wings but I had chicken twice the day before so I went with the Kicken Burger with bacon instead. It was $16 for a combo, which seems a little high but the time I spend in the area the more I learn it's about average.I got to watch them cook the burger patties on the flat top and then give them a nice char grill. It was huge, almost overpowered by all of the toppings. A big slice of grilled onion, a hunk of tomato, lettuce, bacon... I had to remove some of it to enjoy the burger. The burger itself was well seasoned and tasty with a grilled bun and good sauce. Yes, the sauce was kickin' it a little bit.It came with standard crinkle fries but they were crisp and there were lots of them. More than I could finish.“

“Its a good quick bite. Food is consistent. Been stopping by when I'm in the area. But I used to eat here regularly when I worked in the area.Alot of other Al's have closed, I'm happy this one hasn't.Chicago has a lot of Italian Beef places, and reviews for this category is very subjective. But I have always liked Al's over Portillos, Mr.Beef, or Buona. But Johnny's on North Ave will always be top shelf for me.But this Al's has a bigger menu and is on the otherside of town, so if you're in the area swing by for a bite, most people aren't driving to Johnny's from Niles if they weren't planning on it from the start.“

“This review below is an exact replica of an earlier review NOT made by me, but someone named Leotis. Something’s fishy because my experience was nothing less that UNpleasant. ????Was pleasantly surprise about the whole experience inside of this lovely restaurant. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about every item on menu. I just love that! He take his job very seriously! The food was great! The server was excellent! Will drive over here again to order Joe Donuts! Was pretty much all sold out that day. All in all will go back here again and I can't wait to try something else too. Thank you all again.“

“Normally the food is appetizing, but the last couple times we visited the fries were hard and over salted to the point where they were almost inedible ?Other than that, we've had good experiences with both dining in and driving thru.Suggestion: just as people stand outside and take your order, why not have an additional employee taking orders at the indoor lines as well? This will eliminate wait times and the lines from being out the door.“

“Even though it’s a hot chicken place and the chicken is great, Nash Bros has absolutely amazing halal smashburgers, quite frankly one of the best halal burgers in the Chicagoland area. The owners are great guys, really hospitable. Really great place to hang out to watch sports.“
