“My family and I really enjoy the food at this place. We usually go through the drive thru on Montrose. Tonight I placed an order over the phone. When I got there I noticed they had a special for what I ordered at a less price. So I asked if I could be honored the special since I never knew of it and it’s not on the website. The girl tried to process it but she said she couldn’t do it. I came home to find they gave me an extra side of rice which I didn’t order. My total was $35 for two taco dinner which I found to be more than usual. It really annoyed me that I feel like not only did I overpay but the staff did not care to find out if they could honor me and on top of getting my order incorrectly.“

“Came here on Sunday, March 3rd 2024. Service was great but a bit slow. The restrooms need to be deep cleaned. Super gross stuff on the sink, no hand soap available, toilet was dirty and bathroom floors felt a bit sticky. The food, however, is amazing. I see why people rave about it. When you put the butter on the chicken, the melted butter, the crispy texture, and the juices of the chicken just melts in your mouth. As far as the pimento cheese goes, the sauce has a bit of a tomato hint blending in with the cheese when you have it with the fries.“

“The food was FIRE!!! ? I had the 6pc grilled bbq sauce chicken wings with fries and a Mountain Dew! It came out in 5 minutes and I was very satisfied. $13.50 it was amazing. Super flavorful, fries were seasoned and crispy! Chicken was full of flavor and well cooked perfectly. It came with ranch which I think is homemade! But it was all 10/10. I’ve been a huge fan of other wing places but this straight up trashes them! I’ll be coming here for now on! I can’t wait to come here again! “Parsons is my absolute favorite place to go in the summer to sit outside with the dog, have some great frozen drinks and some yummy food. Sitting outside is like a huge barbecue, the awkward family reunion type. Super chill vibe, lots of people just having a good time and enjoying the sun. The fried chicken sandwich, fish sandwich, and hush puppies are amazing. If you have better restraint than I do and can eat your food slowly like a normal human being, he won’t leave feeling like you need a nap. The staff was super accommodating and the Veg Thali (sampler platter) was absolutely divine. My friends got the Mutton Thali and Chicken Thali and said it is some of the best food they've had in Chicago. Spice level is definitely on the hotter side of restaurants I've been to but that made for a great meal. Incredibly affordable too. At ~$15 per person and plenty of tasty leftovers that keep well, I'll definitely be making a point to return soon.“

I use this location for caterings almost weekly and they have never made a mistake, always have it ready on time or early, and make sure everything is done right. “Yesterday I went to the drive-up window and ordered the four piece chicken nuggets meal, which comes with fries, coleslaw, toast and a drink plus the special sauce. I'm always too busy to sit in the restaurants and eat, so the drive-up windows are my lifeline to good, hot meals. This place is very busy but it's also very efficient, especially the drive-up window service. It's Good food here..“

I waited close to 10-min since a couple in front of me switched up their order a couple of times, plus there were technical difficulties with one of the registers with the transaction. During this time, a line formed of about ten (10) people behind me. There was another register but no one seemed available to step up. Maybe the staff could have said something to the crowd. Anyway, I wanted to try their Chicken Nuggets but I guess they don't have them yet or don't sell them here. I ordered a 2-piece Chicken Joy Meal Deal as well as a 6-piece Chicken Tenders (which noted they were new) - both items pictured here. I ordered the 2-piece Chicken Joy spicy and I absolutely loved how spicy it was. I don't recall it being that spicy. The gravy was a bit sweeter than I remembered as well. Chicken Tenders are better than your other chicken tenders out there and so do their sauces (ordered their Classic Dipping Sauce and Spicy Sriracha). Of course for my pie option, I chose the Peach Mango Pie, although I'll get the Ube Pie next time. Overall, I'll be sure to be back sooner than later, and hopefully service won't be lagging.“

“Pretty decent Korean fried chicken in this area.Pickled Daikon Radish is a must with my meal the bbq/hotbbq wings had an amazing sauce on them! It is firey but soo good! I want to talk to my fell doordasher, uber eats drivers, and grurbhub drivers.I am a driver as well on two of these platforms.I am appalled at some of the behavior of my fellow drivers.When I got there the cashier told me to accept the order before she gave me the order.She said that some of these drivers are screen shoting their orders as delivered and taking peoples food.
