“Simply the best home made pizza in the area. I stop here almost every single time I through my old Chicago stomping ground. My go to is pepperoni and onion with extra sauce. I love their crust and their sauce. They have a wide variety of other Italian foods that I understand from others to be quite good. The area is a little small and dining in is clearly not their specialty but it’s made up for by the personable and attentive service. They also have some gambling on site and the machines did not seem tight! You can’t do better than Villa for tasty pizza. Skip Giordanos and come here!Parking: Narrow parking spots“

“My wife and I just celebrated our 14th anniversary at this restaurant. The service was spectacular. Our waiter was at our table immediately and was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was magnificent…everything from the appitizer to dessert was perfectly portioned and delicious. We will be going there again soon!!“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining again at Gaia's Italiano Ristorante and it was an excellent gastronomic experience. Owned by a Sicilian native, this restaurant promises authentic Italian flavors, and it certainly delivers. To start, we indulged in the bruschetta which was a burst of freshness, with ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil atop perfectly toasted bread. We also had the homemade tender meatballs paired with a rich marinara sauce that had just the right balance of tanginess and herbs. One of the highlights of the evening was the Cacio E Pepe prepared right in front of us in a Parmesan cheese wheel. The creamy pasta infused with the sharpness of Parmesan was a true delight for the senses. Moving on to the mains, the salmone alla griglia was impeccably cooked, paired with a side of perfectly grilled vegetables. The pork chops were another standout, juicy and flavorful, showcasing the expertise of the kitchen. To round off the evening, we couldn't resist trying the cheesecake with raspberry sauce for dessert, ending the meal on a high note. What truly elevated the dining experience was the outstanding service. Both were absolutely tasty. The Burrata came with peaches, which was the perfect pairing. I got the linguine with prosciutto and that was so good. I wish it had more cheese in it since it was melted in the wheel of cheese but it was still delicious.The owner even came over and checked in with us and I thought that was nice touch. The only critique I could give was that it was a bit loud in there and the waiter was a tad slow for us, but overall a really great experience.“

“We were a group of 8 to celebrate a big birthday. Our server, Carmen, was super good about checking on the timing of ordering the various courses. We were not rushed and the swank space contributed to making the meal very special. The lobster risotto is divine, definitely shareable after appetizers and the generous salads included with each entree. Other diners enjoyed the duck special, the whitefish, and a really good rib eye. Nice for a special occasion or any time you want to have a great meal.“

“I have been shopping at Nottoli for 25+ years. Their Italian sausage is the best. Yesterday, I called in an order for a party tray of 40 mini sub sandwiches at 2:15 pm. They were ready at 3:15 for pick up. The sandwiches were “award winning”. My wife brought them to a rehearsal for her church choir. Their staff is top notch.
