“I love the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, and this location is nearest my home. The service here has always been very good from my experience here. For quite some time, they were making the Mac and Cheese inconsistently. It would often be dry. I mentioned that in my previous review, and since then, I've noticed a marked difference. The food has been much more consistent. I think this is just another example of the great service here. They are paying attention to customer feedback. Thank you so much!“

After calling potbelly, they said they would let me and my coworkers order again another day free of charge. I just ordered today and they made good on their offer. Amazing staff!“
