“I am used to sandwiches coming with a side unless otherwise stated. So I was a little confused when I received the bill and it was $3 more than menu's were showing.Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair friendly. A small space with many tables.“

“Panino's Pizzeria was, frankly, a very pleasant surprise. We agreed to meet friends here - they had recommended it. It looked like so many run-of-the-mill pizza/Italian food joints in the Chicago area, that we weren't expecting much. Boy, were we wrong. This is NOT nouvelle cuisine Italian-style, but rather stereotypical, Italian-American food that is hearty and quite tasty. Gratis bread to start the meal, followed by pork meatballs in red sauce and burrata. My wife had the lasagna - very nice portion, and I had the pork chops with broccoli. The wait staff (Fred) was bend over backwards accommodating us. The fried dough with chocolate was amazing. The prices are moderate. And none of us had pizza! We're certain to return to try some (they serve several styles). Huge thumbs up!“

“If you are looking for a fantastic Italian dinner, this has to be on your list of restaurants to frequent. Marco, the owner, is dedicated. They recently changed their drink menu that he spent weeks working on with staff, and I can tell you my entire party was pleasantly surprised. We are treated like family every time we attend. The food is fantastic, there really is not a menu item that is not good. I personally love the gnocchi with vodka sauce and fried calamari, but you really can't make a bad choice. Jennifer was our waitress, and the service really felt like we were family.“

“Service was great and food was amazing. I don't often like/get blue cheese with my hot wings but this was the first time I got it and enjoyed it! Also, the grilled cheese and tomato soup will now be my go to ALL the time. First time in but I will DEFINITELY be going back.“

“Nonna Silvia's is always a positive dining experience! The food is delicious and the service is excellent. They have such a great variety of dishes and are truly an authentic Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It's not too loud so you can easily have a conversation. I highly recommend Nonna Silvia's for everyday dining and special occasions.“
