“This the only Dunkin that actually makes the drinks consistently correct every time! I’ve been to MANY dunkins and as I am from the city (family local). The best part after getting a perfect brew is the sweet man working. I’m not sure if he’s a manager but he is so sweet and I love seeing his smiling face every time I go! I wish I knew his name so I could give him credit.“

“I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. During the time I spent in the store I noticed them having a great time working together which reminds me of working at Dunkin with my college roommate a few years ago. It’s so nice. Morning crew needs to learn a lesson from these two. Especially about those hash browns. I hated the cold and soggy hash browns that morning crew gave me. But the nice hot and crispy ones that the young lady gave me were perfect. I will no longer accept hash browns or food from any other employee besides her. The tall man in the morning with dark hair is the most unpleasant to be around. Obviously hates his job. Needs to be fired as he is extremely rude and never smiles. The woman that’s usually with him seems way too defensive all the time. Can’t even acknowledge there was an issue with my order without her giving attitude immediately. I will only be coming in the afternoons from now onVegetarian options: Egg and cheese croissant, hash browns, stuffed mini bagels“

“This particular location has been a great community business that is service oriented. With the dozens of times I've been there, I have had an order go wrong. But, I was impressed how well they responded to make it right. Friendly workers and fast service! I have been there many times and I have never had a bad experience. Always seem to be in a good mood when I go there. They have treats for the dogs or can give a small whip cream treat. Nice to visit there. I typically go through the drive though, but the store has always been clean whenever I go inside.“

“These politics out these dangerous times in the world. We need unity not division in this day and age. People should enjoy donuts and coffee in a non political environment. I suggest that the owner of this establishment should tell the person who put up several Israeli flags to remove them. The donuts were excellent and the customer service was great. I do not feel comfortable going back to this establishment who obviously promotes and supports a political agenda. Let's stick with good food and great customer service this is a winning mix.“

“First time to try Wheeling Donuts today. Oh.My.God. Fresh, delicious, soft, great variety and fantastic prices! This place is better than places like Stan's Donuts. “I am sharing this review on behalf of my mom who experienced the best service, tastiest hamburgers and freshly baked Lemon Blueberry Scones. She and her friends play cards every Saturday, most times after playing they go out for dinner; they have tried the location in Itasca for breakfast before cards, but they wanted to check them out afterwards for a burger. They called ahead to see what time they were closing; the person who answered said they were getting ready to close but offered to stay open to make some burgers for them, they placed their order ahead of time so not to keep the staff stay open any longer, when they arrived the burgers were coming off the grill. She commented how the burger was just the right size (she is not a fan of thick burgers), her friend asks if they had any Lemon Blueberry Scones available; they did not but had some scones prepared for baking in the morning and decided to bake off some for them as well. My mom purchased three! I believe the one who serviced them was one of the partners, she invited them to come play large enough to seat the teams and decks of cards nicely. Service like this goes way above and beyond the norm these days, she said she was going to tell her friends about this experience and are plan on meeting there for breakfast before playing cards next week. In this day and time, it is nice to see others care for our seniors with care and respect. It will go a long way... So, if you have never tried Joe Donut in Itasca for their cake donuts, or breakfast or even the hamburgers for lunch - this reviewer would recommend you do so... you will not be disappointed; especially when it comes to their service. Thank you, Joe Donut Itasca, for staying open for some hungry seniors and accommodating them and making them feel welcomed, she was so excited to tell us about her experience; I wanted to share it with you!“

“This place was great. We stopped in this morning I had the green bowl & the Oreo donut. I have no idea how he got the bowl of the base so light & airy. Normally bowls are dense, it was not at all, I really enjoyed it. Husband got the peanut lovers shake. It was all so good. It was filling & satisfying. The setup is great, loved the post it note wall.The owner was super friendly & welcoming. He said he’d been in business one year, hope he has many more years of success. He has a great shop.Dietary restrictions: I’m soy & dairy intolerant & there were plenty of options on the menu for me to enjoy.“

“Neighbor family here and we’ve been multiple times during the soft opening and have loved it! My son and I love the brown sugar tea. And my little one can’t get enough of the donuts. They’re not your typical donut so don’t expect that. They’re sooo much better. They are a bit pricy but that’s expected: donuts are hand rolled! Totally plan on returning multiple times! Great addition to our neighborhood!“

“I think they can be better in the speed of their service. Also availability of products. They didn't have the Taro milk boba, their boba are clumpy, they only had 2 flavors of donuts left. We were told they are making new ones but had to wait at least 30 minutes. Corn dogs are pretty good. Vibe of the place is pretty chill.“

“Continental Bakery has been a family favorite since forever. My parents bought cakes and sweets for special occasians, now I'm buying cakes and sweets for my kids and new family special occasians. They always suprise me with their wonderful cakes. I let them be creative and they never disappoint. The best!!“

“Best pastries around!! My favs are the onion roll and the chocolate cream ones. We also always get the crustless bread. I've even gotten my daughter into loving the turtles. We also get the bun with the hot dog inside and a few others. I will say it does get crowded but it's goes relatively fast. And there are trays with tongs to grab the pastries yourself. The staff are super friendly and helpful and inside is cute with cute decor. Also get the tiramsu! Def would recommend to anybody and will always keep coming myself.“

“The employee (young lady) you have working the store right this very moment ( Saturday, July 15th at 5:33pm) needs help with customer service. We walked in the empty store to spend money and she did not greet us. Also, when we inquired about whether the store had muffins her response was (with a nasty attitude) "whatever is in there." Needless to say we left without spending a dime. Please train your staff better.“

This experience made my time at Rainbow Ice Cream even more special, turning it into an unforgettable outing. The icing on the cake is the fact that it shares space with Buona Beef, ensuring there's enough seating for everyone.
