“Very clean and cute shop with wonderful service. The people were very polite and food was quick. I got the orange chicken and it was outstanding. A lot of place use a sugary/ fake tasting orange sauce, but Broccoli has a very authentic and delightful taste. Our appetizers were super good, too. I was in town for a convention but I'd happily drive the hour it takes to get there to eat at Broccoli again.”

“Truly excellent. I totally see why this place is so highly rated - it deserves more reviews even!I went here with my sister on a random Sunday for some Mediterranean food. We passed it by a million times but never knew it existed in this small strip mall! The person working the front is one awesome guy. I’m not sure if he’s the owner (he gives me owner vibes) but he was so personable, attentive, hospitable, and welcoming. Such a gracious host!The food was phenomenal, period. The hummus was so creamy and seasoned nicely, the chicken was flavorful and juicy, the lentil soup was delicious, the salad was refreshing, and the falafel was crispy on the inside and so soft on the inside. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. We took what we couldn’t finish home but rest assured we devoured everything lol.There’s convenient parking right outside and even though it’s a relatively small place, there’s tables inside for you to dine in if you’d like.I’ll totally be back here again! 5/5!”

“This is an absolutely spectacular spot to stop. Quick service, terrific food and incredibly great prices. I wanted to get myself an italian beef while I was here in Chicago and Frannies helped me accomplish that goal in the best way possible. “Hidden gem on Irving Park Avenue in Schiller Park. I started with a bowl of the Cream of Broccoli soup and my guest had chicken noodle soup. Both were very good. I had the liver and onion dinner with mashed potatoes. My guest had the pork, with stuffing and mashed potatoes with gravy. Both dinners included dessert.”

“I picked this place for my birthday lunch. It has a nice interior and a great atmosphere. The antique bar is beautiful. They spaced the customers with a table in between when possible, that's a nice touch. Our waiter, Jake, was awesome.She had their chicken pot pie. It was like a fresh pot pie in a freshly baked bread bowl and she loved it.I had the Dijon bass and it was excellent despite my initial misgivings. The flavors and textures were perfectly balanced. Their rice is well seasoned and delicious too. Their vegetables were fresh but a bit cold.My French onion soup was rich and tasty with a huge chunk of mozzarella,.Her salted caramel brownie was pretty amazing. I got spumoni mostly for nostalgic reasons and it was really good.Great place with decent prices and wonderful food.”

“Caroline (hopefully i'm spelling that correctly) at the Schiller Park IL location is an absolute treasure. She was extremely attentive and super sweet. We came in from Toronto for a conference and after our first experience with her, we were back the very next day. Food was prompt, hot, and we never had to look or ask for anything (coffee was always topped up, she made sure our condiments and cream were filled, etc). If we are ever back in the area we will definitely come back :)”

“I cannot believe that no reviews or comments have been made about this business! They have great servers/bartenders! They have beanbag tournaments during nice weather months. Their food is outstanding! I had one of THE BEST corned beef sandwich on St Patrick's Day I've ever had! They have video gambling, which is fine if that's your thing. Outdoor bar is nice during warmer weather! Parking is enough for their size. It's unique inside with authentic plane parts, including helicopter landing gear for the bars kick plate. Jimmy the owner is very friendly and will buy you a drink/shot when he's there and his son, Chase, is a fabulous cook! Conveniently located minutes from O'Hare airport!”

“This restaurant is connected to the Quailty Inn Hotel. They always have it decorated for the next holiday and have good music playing. They do have a great lunch special menu that serves from 11am-3pm with some good food at a decent price.”

In addition to her stellar work, I particularly appreciates that she provides a sketch of the designs and a detailed overview of the decoration materials she plans to use so that there is no miscommunication beforehand. “A girl I work with met a man at this bar and they went home together and did the thing creepy religious people say not to. She wakes up in the morning and the dude is gone, but he left an old, sickly CAT in her house. Dude had a old, sick cat in the car and just left it in her house when he was leaving. She never saw him again, the cat lived out in her courtyard for like a year. What I mean to say is, FIVE F****** STARS, only in Schiller Park at this type of spot could this type of thing happen, excellent choice for an evening out.”

“Came here for a quick drink and we ended up eating as well. We had the expresso martinos and modelo. We had habanero wings , a hamburger and a area 51 burger. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the wings had a great crunch with just enough heat. The service was good and the place looks like it gets busy. We shall be back.”

It's a place full of locals that you can only find here!! It's got a fascinating back story and a ton of not just local history but Chicago history.! This is one of the places that the Irish Mafia used to hang out in!!! A place where the murder mystery is alive and unsolved!!!
