“Ordered pizza to go and food was good, took longer then I'd except to make a pie but It reflected in quality. Can't really speak of the service since it was to go order and the atmosphere seemed like a typical sports bar, nothing special but if you come for the food you won't be disappointed, worth stopping by if you're in the area and want a quick drink and some food“

“A girl I work with met a man at this bar and they went home together and did the thing creepy religious people say not to. She wakes up in the morning and the dude is gone, but he left an old, sickly CAT in her house. Dude had a old, sick cat in the car and just left it in her house when he was leaving. She never saw him again, the cat lived out in her courtyard for like a year. What I mean to say is, FIVE F****** STARS, only in Schiller Park at this type of spot could this type of thing happen, excellent choice for an evening out.“

“The food was excellent. I would recommend the fish and fries. It was cooked the way fried fish is supposed to be cooked. My wife got a lemon chicken dinner with mashed potatoes that was delicious too. I posted pictures. FYI, the chicken strips have the same battering that the fish has. I would recommend them also.“

The three cheese Gnocchi was fantastic with a delectable tangy sauce. The Burrata for appetizer was very fresh and succulent. Our son had grilled chicken. He said it was delicious and sumptuous. Overall a great experience.Vegetarian options: A decent selection of vegetarian. The portions are a bit smaller but for good enough if not sharing.“

Fine. But then brewery stuff is stored in the dead people processing partitioned space. I don't get it.“

We we're visiting from out of town and decided to try this place for my birthday dinner. We got the scallops and mushroom risotto, lobster bisque, prime burger and shrimp dinner. This was the best scallops and risotto I ever had! If you've never been make sure you go with an empty stomach because the portion sizes are big! Absolutely fantastic food. Saw the reviews for The Oak and we were so glad we did. The burger I had was the best burger I have ever had, our friend felt the same. We left the restaurant and we were going to take individual pics, then this really nice guy offered to take a picture of all of us. He was so very nice. Guess what, he was the owner. “We were in the area and remembered that Two Chefs was down the street. We have emotional ties to this restaurant because they catered our wedding in 2011 and we were very impressed with their food. The waitress greeted us at the door and was very professional, polite, and well dressed. My husband ordered the chicken pot pie, it was very flavorful. The chicken was very tender and the crust was flaky like you would expect. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli it was so delicious and brought back memories.
