“I cannot believe that no reviews or comments have been made about this business! They have great servers/bartenders! They have beanbag tournaments during nice weather months. Their food is outstanding! I had one of THE BEST corned beef sandwich on St Patrick's Day I've ever had! They have video gambling, which is fine if that's your thing. Outdoor bar is nice during warmer weather! Parking is enough for their size. It's unique inside with authentic plane parts, including helicopter landing gear for the bars kick plate. “Came here for a quick drink and we ended up eating as well. We had the expresso martinos and modelo. We had habanero wings , a hamburger and a area 51 burger. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the wings had a great crunch with just enough heat. The service was good and the place looks like it gets busy. We shall be back.“

It is located within a hotel, so please be aware of that and be respectful of the property, especially when using the restroom, which is a part of the hotel. My gf and I were there the Friday of St Patrick's weekend and it was packed! I had a corned beef sandwich and it was very good. The corned beef basically just melted in my mouth, so good. We were there for my girlfriends birthday weekend so there was a group of us and she ordered a pizza to share with everyone and I'm not gonna lie, but it wasn't the best I've ever had. To be clear, I will definitely be back and if you're in the area, you have plenty of places to go for pizza. “This is my daughter's favorite place to hang out at college. We went there to have lunch. I ordered the duck fries and buffalo shrimp for appetizers. The fries were excellent and plentiful, but I loved the shrimp more. I ordered the duck fat burger that was quite tasty. It's served with your choice of fries or slaw, but I went with the duck fat fries. It comes with three sauces, but I used my buffalo and blue cheese sauce to dip them in. Waitress, Emily, not sure of spelling, was keeping up with our party of 14 as if there were only 2 or 3 of us, GREAT JOB.“

“The Newark Nook is one of the more famous speakeasy's on Chicago's Northwest side. While it is most famous for being Milton S. Hershey's preferred watering hole when he visited Chicago for the 1893 World's Fair, it was also the scene of several gangland shootings in the 1920's, and was built on the site of a civil war battle where famed wild Buffalo hunter, Col. Michael Gallen, was killed. Today the bar is mostly known for its extensive cocktail list and secret lounge area. The food is prepared by a former James Beard award winning chef but is a bit too fancy to my taste, but everything is very nice. The Colonel Gallen Buffalo Nachos are stellar and include a commemorative plate that can be taken home.“

“Basic sports bar. It's located in Norridge not close to anything interesting. Newbe's actually is pretty good to be honest, much better than expected for sure. Has the basic drinks and food. There's also gaming. A few way to keep entertained. It has video poker and slots. There was one woman who never moved from the one slot machine the entire time. As for the rest of the stuff, it has pretty average drinks and food. It's about $6 for wells. Basic liquor selection. The food is mostly fried and greasy things. About $3 for fried appetizers. The rest of the menu is meaty stuff. Good stuff as far as entertainment. It has slots. There's not that much else interesting but it's a nice neighborhood hangout if you're around it though.“

“Table seating was tight. Wait staff was phenomenal. Large selection of spirits. All orders are individually prepared when you order. Shrimp and grits was deemed outstanding. My glazed salmon and potatoes was incredibly well prepared and delicious. The potatoes were sautéed and the dish had a very unique (tasty) flavor. Parking is problematic but patience pays off because there is a large public lot a block away and street parking.“
