This place seemed as if it was an upscale sports bar. Plenty on tvs to view games, but above that was the food! I was very surprised at how everything tasted, making me savor that last bite. Cocktails ? were pleasant and just the overall presentation. If you are in the area, definitely make a stop and try this place. The fried alligator was a hit!!
Spears is our go to casual bar/restaurant. The food, drinks and service are always excellent. Everything we've had on the food menu has been great...it's not just "bar food", although their burgers are the best! They have a huge beer and spirits menu, as well as a decent wine list. They're also open later than most suburban restaurants:) Highly recommend!

Dined on a Saturday with 2 of us, 6:15 reservations. Highly recommend reservations, very crowded. My Entrée was Fish & Chips, their own BBQ Tater Chips, Very Good. Entrée #2 was Ghostbuster Burger with Vamp Fries, also very good, cooked as ordered. The cocktails are very reasonably priced as they should be. Example $6.50 for ECCO Pinot Grigio. Nice variety on menu. Will return. Our server Caitie took good care of us.
