I have never been to an Applebee's that was empty (no people). The hostess was rude. The drinks took FOREVER...even though there was no one there! BUT, our waitress (Chantelle?) Was a doll!! Other than her...not so great.
My grandson and I went to Applebees on Morgan Street in Evansville, Ind. it was around 11:00am. A young man , Orlando, was the only person sitting people and taking and delivering orders. I was impressed by the way he worked. He was still friendly with everyone but was professional. He was hurrying as fast as possible without being rude. Good job Orlando!
