I was going along making my food as I always do and this guy came up and said is this to go and I said yes it is! And then he proceeded to tell me that if it’s to go you can only have one bowl unless you pay for two I said I do this every time and he said well your not aloud. I said well Charlie watched me do it just Saturday and didn’t say a word and didn’t charge more. At this point I had one bowl of noodles and was getting meat I had the bowl for meat about half full and I said I ain’t paying for two because I’ve done it so many times he then proceeded to say that’s the “f**king rules has been for 30 years. And also said idc what the f**k Charlie said im the owner and if he lets you do it that’s fine but when im here i wont. And he took my second bowl and threw it away. He tried to say its in the menu and i looked and asked to see and he couldn’t show me: so very disappointed because i go to huhot in St. Louis and they tell us to use two it helps with reducing mess and ensuring it isn’t bunched up and cooks better. Very disappointed in his customer service and his language with me and the wasting the food instead of explaining and telling me the next time please do this! But instead wasted food. Horrible

Big Bang and Charlie’s Mongolian have always been known for whatever you can fit in your bowl for one price. This has since changed. They will charge you an over fee of $3 dollars if they decide it doesn’t fit in their to go box. This sounds like a to go box problem to me, or their bowls are too big. Not sure when this was changed but it is very unfortunate for loyal customers that has been with them since the beginning. If it isn’t a true fill your bowl, then something needs to be posted as such.
