This place used to be a lot better, the employees look and give off a miserable vibe that portrays poor customer service because they do not seem to be friendly unless they know the person. I received no word of communication the last time I was there. No greetings. The customer behind me seemed to be friends with the cashier and after their polite and friendly conversation, she quickly got her boba right away, while I waited 7 minutes without a single conversation except for my order. The people who run it just don’t care for their locals anymore

I got a peach tea with strawberry popping boba; the drink was fine, it’s the lack of boba that’s causing me to write this review. I get this drink frequently from the Owensboro location, and they never skimp on boba. To me, it doesn’t even look like one scoop of boba! Disappointed in the experience and will not recommend the Evansville location to others.

We used to love going here but since summer 2023, the service has gone downhill badly. Each visit gets a little worse, to the point today's will be our last. The drinks are good, but the store is tired looking, broken stuffies, busted cotton candy machine. The worst part is the employees are the most unfriendly people. Today one was just outright rude. I fon't need that negativity. Bubble tea should be a happy time.

Very good selection of boba tea. Have the traditional and some non traditional boba. Very nice seating inside.
My first bubble tea, and won't be my last. I always get a new flavor. I love these bubble teas. Service was awesome, they are very patient with newcomers and people who can't decide. My granddaughter love the smoothies & her new friends " the big bears".
It was a great glass of specialty Tea, everyone needs to ck it out!!

My absolute favorite boba shop!! Everyone is always so overly kind and welcoming. My drinks are always made correctly and it never fails to taste amazing!! I will forever be a customer of Bubble Tea Talk! ♥️ I am always welcomed by a very sweet lady at the register. She has dark curly hair and always is so sweet and smiles everytime I go. I adore everything about this place.
